They showed me the small print on the card that you can barely see. See for yourself! I told the lady there that you don't buy a gift card at Costco, and then it expires. She replied It is like milk. So I've been coming here for YEARS. an extremely loyal customer. Last night i went for a 1 hour massage with hot oil and hot stones, I asked them to specifically focus on my legs because I'm having neuropathy pain. The lady first covered me in a sheet and pushed down On my body which is normal, then only did an oil massage for about 10 minutes and then a hot stone for 5. Then she covered me with the sheet again and continued to push down. there not the cheapest massage place around, and when I pay for a hot oil massage, I expect hot oil, and deep tissue massages and to focus on the problem areas. Afterwards I expressed that I wasn't happy. Normally I left feeling better, with better circulation but she didn't do a good job. When I told the girl at the counter i wasn't happy. i said can you do 30 minutes to make up for it? I mean it's literally a dollar a minute for a massage, i thought she had said yes but when I went in there today, she asked me to pay. I told her it fell short of the treatment I usually get and that I asked for specific body parts and a hot oil deep tissue message, not to be pressed on with a sheet on top of me.. i asked to speak to the manager but she refused and said he was busy, and refused to make it right. So just a total waist of money. I've been a long time client of theres and they just completely lost my business. Also there offering list should say 10 minutes hot oil 50 minute sheet massage, atleast be honest. read more

This place use to be great. But with this new ownership, no way. First, very unprofessional. They left my butt exposed while leaving the room instead of covering me back up. Then the lady literally stopped the massage not once, not twice, not 3 times, but 4 times to see if I wanted more time. Not this type of service shouldn't be tipped, but I still did. Then she got an attitude and offended that I tipped low and started making snarky remarks to her co workers in a different language. I didnt know what she said but her co workers faces said it all. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this place there's plenty more options in lakeside. Dont waste your hard earned money on place that feels entitled, unprofessional. read more

Yeah no, whoever they sent into my room def didn't have 10 years of experience. Came here upon seeing this post thinking their prices were very doable, I wanted to 60 minute body and foot massage for $40 to try them out, they decided to tell me it was $50 instead, that should've been the first red flag. The woman who came into massage me didn't understand when I kept asking her to go harder, more pressure. Had to have the guy come in who runs the show to have me explain to him what I was asking. Unfortunately, her massage technique was all over the place and not relaxing at all, 15 minutes and I got up and left. The gentleman offered to take over for her and I said absolutely not. I've had chair massages at the parkway plaza mall that were far more enjoyable, and much much better than this. Don't waste your money here. read more
