They are professional, detailed and have great customer service. I can call any day anytime and they are available. Keep them on your favorite list. read more

I have been going here for almost a year and usually get good service. After my service today I tipped the lady who did a great job and then the receptionist commented that I "need to tip more" which is unprofessional and disrespectful. Tipping is optional, and a lot of people don't have money to tip over $20 for a massage? You don't talk on someone's money, extremely rude. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. If I got a tip, I would be thankful for whatever I got. read more

They provide great service. My back feels better every time I have gone. I feel comfortable and able to relax.

Great experience here. Was very easy to make a same day appointment for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. Very reasonable pricing as well. They did ask during the massage if you want any extras but we declined. Left feeling very relaxed, would come back again. read more

I've been coming here for a long time, but after my most recent visit I won't be returning. I booked a 90-minute massage, and the experience was uncomfortable and not what I requested. Products were applied to my face without consent during the foot massage, the pressure was much harder and faster than I asked for, my legs were left on a cold wet towel, and the draping was inappropriate -- I felt exposed and not properly covered & often cold. The oil bottle was placed between my legs during parts of the massage and laid against my legs. It was cold and odd. The quality was similar to what I'd expect my mom or aunt to provide without proper training. The final interaction was what solidified my decision. After paying and tipping based on the quality of service, I was questioned and laughed at for the tip amount by the front desk lady. If the business expects more than $90 for 90 minutes, that should be reflected in the pricing -- not taken out on customers. This used to be my go-to spot, but the lack of consent, professionalism, and respect during checkout was unacceptable. read more

Great massage but they will upsell you on tiger balm, hot stone and lavendar oil. They wont tell you its extra. Sneaky. Not going back.

Been going here for years. Long overdue review. Absolutely love this place. Every masseuse has been fantastic. I especially like LuLu. She's very professional, super strong but also can sense when more or less pressure is needed instantly. Make sure to tip her well because she's worth it! Many speak good English, some don't but I couldn't care less because I haven't needed to say anything but "wow!" Just bust out your translation app if needed and you're all good. Owner is very friendly too plus you get one free massage for every 10. Just make sure you get the card stamped before you leave. Legit 10 Star. read more

Incredibly easy to make the appointment and the service the day of was excellent. Pricing is very affordable and while it may not be super fancy, the quality is great read more

We had a rather mediocre experience here. It was easy to get an appointment for a couples massage which was nice. However, upon arrival they didn't seem to know what to do with us and tried putting us in separate rooms. It was hard to communicate with the staff and explain what we wanted and didn't want from our massages. Overall, it was relaxing but the inability to effectively communicate dampened the whole experience. read more

Great place - excellent couples massage, friendly people, and the owner speaks very good English.

Amazing! I love it here! The owner is very nice and pleasant always willing to accept walk ins. Highly recommend. Very clean and staff is very welcoming. read more

I went in experiencing pain and limited mobility with my lower back and left feeling like a human again. Very pleased with the combo massage and hot rocks, lavender and cupping added to it. Will definitely come back! read more

I needed a massage and I called a couple places no one could take my friend and I in, until I called this place! The owner on the phone was very nice and made us feel welcomed. Ivy massaged me, and Mia massaged my friend. We did a deep tissue. I had a lot of knots in my back so I did the cupping, which was my first time. Along with hot stones. She was very attentive, making sure to ask if I was okay and if the pressure was fine. We left feeling amazing! Thank you Ivy and Mia. We will be back :) P.S. they have heating pad beds and mini heater in the room! Loved that! read more

I don't give 5 star reviews out lightly but this was worth it. It was a very last minute decision to treat myself to a massage on my mom day off and wasn't sure where to go. I wanted to get lunch from a place in this same plaza and decided that since this spa does walk ins and same day appointments I'd check it out. They had availability at 12 if I could come back an hour later which was perfect for me. I picked the hot stone massage and they told me it would be $60 ahead of time if I had the opportunity to use cash but they accept card. Unfortunately I have no idea what my pin # is so I normally go into the bank if I need money but it is Sunday so I can't do that and just used my card. I came back about 10 minutes before my appointment time and they set me up in the room right away and let me know if I was cold I could turn on the heating pad. The room has a chair in one corner and some hooks. I undressed and just put everything on the chair. There was a sheet on the table and I was able to lay down and cover myself. There is not a lot of direction so you may feel lost if it is your first massage but it is all basic. When I was ready the massage therapist came in to start her magic. She asked if I wanted to add lavender essential oil for an extra $10 (yes, though I'm not sure it's worth $10 but I love lavender and I wanted peak relaxation) and what kind of pressure I wanted (medium). Then she got started. I normally do not like women massage therapists because they have too light of pressure but that was not the case this time and if this was medium pressure I can hardly imagine was her hard pressure is. I know part of the reason some areas hurt is because my back is in tough shape. I loved the pressure though so this isn't a complaint from me. This is the first time I've done hot stone so I wasn't sure what to expect. Wow, I loved the heat of the stones. It wasn't a huge focus of the massage and was just about 10ish minutes towards the end. I loved the heat on my body through the massage and them sitting on my back, arms, hands, and legs. I flipped for the last 10 minutes to have my head, face, arms, hands, and chest worked on. It wasn't a long time but it was still nice and enough time since I prefer my back and neck worked on and they were worked on amazingly. I would however pay extra for someone to massage my head like her for longer, that was soooo lovely. At the end I got dressed and went out and the massage therapist had a cup of water waiting for me. Then I paid and put tip on my card as well. It was all simple and easy for closing. I truly didn't expect such a good massage for $60. It was spectacular for what it is. It was better than other fancier and more expensive places that I have been to. I was blown away and I know that I will come back here for more massages and likely send my husband or even do a couples massage. Two things that could be better.... I take some responsibility for the first. I wasn't asked/it was suggested I use a bathroom trip before my massage started and I totally should have. I can't ever go 60 minutes without needing to use the bathroom, I don't know why I thought this was be different. By the end I had to pee soooo bad it was all I could focus on. Next time I will be sure to ask to use it before I start. Second is I wish there was a mirror and maybe small shelf in the room. After spending 45 minutes with my face down I knew my mascara was messed up and after my head was massaged I knew my hair was also messy. I had to use my camera on my phone to check it out and fix it. I also wish for the small shelf because I wound up keeping my jewelry on because I didn't have anywhere I could feel comfortable hanging or placing it. It was in the way throughout the massage. Overall, I'm incredibly impressed. I highly suggest it here and I know I'll be back. read more

My good go to last min massage spot. Beats some of the $150+ massages I've gotten at some spas. They know how to focus on the right areas. For me, it's the shoulders and neck working from home at my desk most days. I always leave this place feeling refreshed and relaxed. read more

Love this spot. $50 1 hour full body massage. I came here once a month to have the masseuse work out some of my muscle tension in my back and shoulders. I usually give a 20-40% tip depending on how good the massage was. Always convenient to call before for availability. I do walk-ins mostly. read more

Walked in happy. Left pissed I got the $50 dollar 1hr message and left a $20 dollar tip Pro: it's great for feet and legs Con: I clearly communicated to the front desk that I was sore and wanted a back message. Then I communicated to the masseuse the same message and although there was a language barrier she said yes and proceeded to do everything but what I asked for (which was to focus on my shoulder blades, neck and chest When I left I told the front desk my problem and he said come back and try again. Yea right. Lost a customer read more

I called and ask for a one and a half hour massage. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and told me it would be $70. I went to the ATM as I know they charge more if not paid in cash. I brought the $70 $15 for a tip. Lucy was an excellent masseuse, however, she basically spoke no English. She asked me if OK and some other things I did not understand. Well, apparently I asked for cupping, hot stones and aromatherapy. Not having been here in quite some time, I thought maybe they are adding a bit extra for the massages these days. Well, I got to the front and the lady started adding all of the "extras". I never agreed to paying more for these things, nor was I told. I felt I was tricked. So my total now was $100 and I didn't bring enough cash. The lady at the front was not helpful at all. She wouldn't reduce the price. I had to use my debit card and then they charged me another $3! Lucy still only got the $15 tip because of the bills I had on me. I really enjoyed the massage, but am not sure if I will be back as I don't want all those extras read more

This is hands down the best massage I've ever had in my life. I tend to want firm pressure in my upper body and light on the bottom and Amy was able to find just the right spots and pressure. I also did hot stone and cupping which I had never done before and it was amazing. They're very friendly and were available for me to walk-in which was fantastic because I was in a lot of pain and I feel like a new person. This is my go-to place from now on. read more

I loved my foot massage, it was the best. Definitely will go back.

Today was my first time at a massage place. I got the 50/HR massage with lavender essential oils (+$10). Before the massage, the masseuse asked medium or hard pressure. Of course I said hard, where she walked on my back and dug the balls of her feet into my back. I'm guessing that's the difference between hard and medium if anyone is wondering lol. She worked a lot of the tight spots I've been feeling in my back and was very firm with her hand and elbows. The entire experience was relaxing and calming. I was drooling by the time she asked me to flip over to massage scalp and stretch out my arms. I can't wait to go back and plan to visit at least once a month! read more

The Spa is clean and pleasant and the hands on massage was great. We had a couples massage and without requesting or being asked they preformed "cupping". We were not familiar with this technique and my partner is on blood thinners and this never should have been done. In the future we'll go to a Spa with clear communication and one that takes the responsibility to ask about medications and conditions. read more
