She shares this location with two talented acupuncture specialists. When you meet April you will find she is very personable and smart. She has over ten years of experience and has gone to school far surpassing time studying massage techniques off many studying this field. She is an expert. Before starting to work on me April asked targeted questions that came from over ten years experience. These questions helped her maximize the time she she spent doing the therapeutic massage. The detail of the questions let me know I was in good experienced hands. Some issues she covered were asking me If I wanted targeted massage specific to my areas in pain verses general massage. The massages was given Small office room one well suited with lights that can be dimmed and aromas to help enhance the therapeutic massage experience. She has a high quality table with a light blanket and sheet below. She even has fans that give a reassuring breeze while she works. Her skill has lead to many returning customers. As she worked on me I could see that her high reviews on Yelp were well deserved. She obviously knows what she is doing. She works with her hands following a guided plan. In her head Her pre-questions now act as a map she uses to move from one area to the next. She worked not only on areas that were causing me pain but also other areas as well. She explained to me how everything when it comes to your body and pain is interrelated. She had special methods she knows like holding up my legs up and folding them towards the main frame of my body relieving tension in my lower back (genius). All her training and knowledge she has gained in those ten years is paying off. From start to end April is very thorough she made sure as she worked that I was ok and not in pain from any of the work she was doing. She adjusted her techniques as needed. From my first appointment I can say April shows a sincere interest in wanting to help. She, because she is good is very busy. You may need a couple of weeks to be able to see her. Post massage: The overall experience was better than expected. I am very happy with the overall results. Yes I am a bit sore, but that is a good thing and to be expected, I think. She makes no promises but is so efficient at what she does that I truly believe she will be successful in helping me over time. Her prices are fair. I plan on seeng her for more sessions until my pain is under control. I fully believe April will using her skills help me feel a lot better. I highly recommend her. I selected my massage and he told me they had time for one person for a 90 minute cupping/massage and could do it at 5:30pm, which was 40 minutes away. So I said okay I'll be back at 5:30. I went outside and put some wax on my car. At 5:22pm I went back in, said hello to the guy and sat down and went on tiktok. At 5:29pm the guy says, sir are you here for the 5:30? I said yes. He then tells me they didn't have time. To which I responded, what do you mean? You told me to come back at 5:30 and I told you okay I'll be back. He then proceeds to come up with the excuse that he didn't hear me say I'd be back. I mean really? We had a full on conversation about the massage I wanted and that they only had time for one person cuz he was assuming I wanted it for 2 people since I was on the phone with my wife asking her which massage I should get. So not only did I not get a 90 minute massage, I wasted an hour of my time. I could have made $100 doing deliveries or something. This place gets one star because I can't give it less. For example, today our massage got interrupted 2x because Daniel kept leaving to help people that came in to buy gift certificates for the holidays. So the massage was only about 45 minutes due to interruptions. Last time, massage was only 50 minutes too because they had another appointment that entered the lobby too. They should consider hiring a 3rd person for the desk that can answer calls & take care of payments. Our search for a new massage place continues.
