Don't judge the exterior--there's plenty of parking in the back, the spa is adorable, peaceful, and every staff member was genuinely warm and welcoming. Mya is an absolute gem. She may look young, but don't let that fool you--her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail surpassed many seasoned aestheticians I've seen over the years. She listened carefully to my skin concerns, explained every product, customized the treatment, and gave the most relaxing facial without cutting a single corner. My microdermabrasion add-on left my skin unbelievably smooth, radiant, and glowing. You can also tell she truly practices what she preaches--her own skin is flawless! Mya has earned a lifelong client, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know. I also had the chance to briefly meet the acupuncturist, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I can't wait to book with her as well. If you're looking for an exceptional facial, book with Mya--you won't regret it!

I brought my mom in for a massage using my membership, paid for her massage, and left while she had her appointment. After her massage, while I was no longer there, she was approached about signing up for her own membership. My mom lives in Troy, Montana and was only visiting California. She made that clear and expressed concern about signing up because she doesn't live here. She was assured that Massage Envy has locations in Montana, the membership could be used nationwide, and she could cancel at any time. Based on those assurances, she signed up. What she wasn't told was that the closest Massage Envy within Montana is in Missoula, approximately 179 miles from her home. The other Montana location is more than 500 miles away. They knew she lived in Troy when they sold her the membership. Now that she wants to cancel, she is being told she is locked into an initial-term commitment and cannot simply cancel--the very issue she raised before signing. Had the cancellation restrictions and realistic distance to a Montana location been accurately explained, she never would have signed up. It certainly appears that securing the membership sale was more important than accurately explaining what my mother was agreeing to. I brought my mom here because I trusted Massage Envy after being a member for more than two years. This experience has changed that. I will now be canceling my membership as well. There is a simple solution: honor what your employee represented to my mother and cancel her membership. If you're considering joining, read everything carefully and get every promise about cancellation in writing.

Unfortunately, this transition took a toll on my teenagers emotions. Fitting in and adjusting has been a challenge especially on my daughter who had a breakdown during school and begged for me to pull her out. Brought her home and saw signs of major depression. After our appointment with Nefetari, I'm confident we will get through this. I'm hopeful if you're reading this review that you'll take a chance and set an appointment with Nefatari for a reiki massage. This is what I did for my daughter. I believe people have gifts to share with the world and this lady has a gift. She wasn't available that day but scheduled her in for the next day. Prior to the appointment she asked to speak with my daughter after hearing what had happened. They spoke what seemed like 15 minutes but I noticed a change already in her energy just with a phone conversation. Next day she woke up crying again and refused to go to school. So I let her stay home. It wasn't easy to see my vibrant happy go lucky goofy daughter get so down to the point of not wanting to get out of bed. I dropped her off for a 90 minutes session. She was a bit quiet on the ride home and I wanted to respect her experience. Once we got home, I kid you not.. she was laughing and smiling and acknowledged she was having a hard time but that she would do what was necessary to get through it. We journaled before bed and again this morning before she went to school. I see my baby's optimistic smile and I couldn't be happier. Thank you beloved. I will forever be grateful for your gift!

We purchased a foot massage, only to be led to what can only be described as their break room. Trust me I do not have high expectations for foot massage places. My spouse and I were escorted into our room and immediately felt relaxed. The massage included warm essential oils and hot stones, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Eddie was my massage therapist, and I initially thought his pressure might be a little too strong. However, after I asked for a medium-pressure massage, he adjusted perfectly. Whenever I requested a little more pressure in certain areas, he listened carefully and customized the massage to exactly what I needed.
