I went with the Exhausted Parent... the name says it all, but it is a coffee and bourbon flavored ice cream with chocolate chunks! SOOO GOOD! And got a Carmel Iced Latte for the road. Both are delicious. Perhaps my favorite feature of this cute stop was the bulletin board of gift cards... other patrons have donated money and filled out post it's with the instructions to take one if you fit the criteria. But this Marion, IN one was by far the worst customer service I have experienced. Our food was scorching hot, not just the meat but the pickles, sauces, and bun. The bun was so chewy I could barely get it down. Pretty sure the whole sandwich got nuked in the microwave. My wives hotdog was the same way. We didn't even complain about that. Every time I would go up to ask a question, the little girl responded with HUH? After the 5th time of Huhs, I jokingly said are you deaf? We had put in an order for 2 blizzards and a shake to go. But when I said are you deaf when i got to my table I heard the manager loudly say Well that's rude. I said your employee said HUH like 5 times. Not Im sorry could you repeat that. Then the other girl who was sweeping the dining area looked at me and said HUH real loud and said " "O Is that rude". I said I wanted my to go order cancelled. The Manager and young lady went in the back and never came back out. Then sweeper girl ignored me when I asked her if it was refunded. I did get an email saying the ice cream order was cancelled and refunded. Had 2 samples from 1 round of offerings. 1 taco sample. Went out to try the dessert sample. I got told by the employee we were cut off. I left. I spend about on average $500 a month on gas, fountain pop, monsters, ty babies, and snacks and hot foods. We will be giving either McClure's or Circle K our business from now on.
