When my husband arrived in the morning, they were busy, so they made an 11:00 am appointment. Within 5 minutes of arrival, they had our car jacked up. We mentioned that we had more driving ahead of us and that we were in town for a wedding that same day. Their service was outstanding and we drove away 30 minutes later with a fixed tire. About 10 minutes after we left, they called us back and asked us to return so they could ensure all our luggage nuts were properly tightened. The gentleman knew we had a lot more miles to put on those tires and he wanted to be sure we'd be safe during the rest of our journey, which I greatly appreciate. I blindly called this shop looking for someone that could help me with my car's flat tire and I found Omar. What an incredibly kind and decent man. Omar still answered my call, kindly offered his advice, and got right to work on addressing my car's flat tire. I can't thank this kind soul enough for his compassion and understanding and he didn't try to gouge with pricing. To say he was way more than fair is an understatement. There are still kind, honest, helpful people in the world, and Omar is one of them. I'm sorry I didn't ask for the other worker's name. Both men were so efficient and quick in addressing my flat. I wish there were more people in the world like them. My tire is taken care of and I'm back in the road taking care of business. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
