Chi gave it a head-to-toe examination and made a prioritized list of recommendations, including costs. I agreed on the ones needed to have the car pass inspection, and Chi did a great job with those. He accommodated my schedule and there was no wasted time. He started the job at the appointed time and got it done promptly. There were no unpleasant surprises. He stuck to his estimates and did excellent work. I will be taking the car back to get the other work done soon and for all future maintenance. Chi runs a clean well-appointed shop. He's honest, up-front and personable. His prices are fair and I was impressed by how efficiently he rounded up the parts for my oddball car and the care he took to explain the repairs. I also checked out his stock of tires and he has a really smart selection at very competitive prices so I'll be buying my next set there. UPDATE: When I was ready for new tires I researched online trying to find a set with rugged sidewalls. The few models I found were not available locally or not available in the size I needed. While trying to decide between compromising what I wanted or paying extra to have tires shipped, I got an email from Chi with a recommendation that was even better than my original choices--at a great price. I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. I called Millevoi's on a Tuesday afternoon asking if they could have a look, and I dropped the Jeep on Wednesday on my way to work. By late morning I had a call, and a text with the diagnosis, including photos outlining the issue (yep, oil filter housing) along with the quote for approval. Pricing was inline for what the job was, and was completed on-time as promised (next day). Job was done about a week and a half ago, and all good! The unit was replaced with the all aluminum oil filter housing, OEM housing lasted 9 years / 53000 miles, will see how the aluminum does. No complaints, kept me updated, completed fast and on-time! He said to call the guy who sold him the tired to get warranty because "he pay for it as new" So I did, I have messages from where he bought it stating he new it was a old used tire and even asked for a discount because of the missing chunk on tire tread. He paid 250$ or less for the USED tire and sold to me as new. I will give him credit for coming at night time and getting me out of the road. I understand emergency services cost money, The reason I am devastated is because he SCAMMED me by telling me its a brand new tire when he new it was used and just wanted to make hundreds In proffit by ripping me off.
