I always keep my eyes peeled for new coffee shops, so when I saw Network listed under newly opened businesses after I got back from holidays, I made sure to pay a visit! It's located right in front of DIT and has a very modern, cool design with a grey Scandinavian-ish theme, something which I find quite common these days among coffee shops in Dublin actually (like Coffee Angel, Kaph, 3fe, Industry...). It's a little small inside, but there is adequate seating and chairs by the window too. The coffee (I ordered Long black) is 3Fe and tasted fantastic, and I liked the cool cup with no handle plus the tray with a magnet that raises the spoon upwards. The coffee shop essential loyalty card is available too (I don't know if any business could survive without one these days!). They also serve a small selection of baked goods but I didn't have any so I can't comment on that. However, they don't have any lunch or savoury foods like sandwiches or anything, so it seems to be mainly coffee and treats. It's not written on the menu, so I don't think they have soya/ other non-dairy milks as an option, although I did not ask about it. The staff were very friendly, it was quiet when I went but I would imagine that once colleges start again, DIT students would flock here! The prices are pretty standard and comparable to most other coffee shops. My black coffee was 2.50 for House blend, although they also have Single Origin coffee which is slightly more expensive. Overall: A nice trendy addition to the flourishing Dublin coffee shop scene. Coffee: Excellent Service: Friendly Atmosphere/ Interior: Very trendy and modern Prices: Reasonable

I love it here! Their coffee is fantastic, the place is so well decorated and the guys are so nice and downright charming! A friend introduced me to it right before I left Dublin and I must have gone 10 times in 2 weeks. This is saying something because I rarely get coffee to go. Also, points for the most beautiful takeaway cups in Dublin, not that I use them ehem, only when I forget my keepcup...

Great cafe, good for hanging around for a while on a Sunday. In a nice part of town. Been in here twice and both the pastries/scones and the coffee were really good. The barista explained what they had on offer and was super friendly. The coffee is fantastic as well, having 3fe as their main roaster and they had Caravan as their second when I was in. The seating is comfortable and most importantly the music was at a good level. The place clearly had a lot of thought and care put into every aspect, including customer service.

Quirky place with nice décor. The Caravan coffee was good, but the cake I had was dry. There is no savoury food offering as of yet.

The first day we arrived to Dublin, I had a bit of a headache. I sent my husband in search of coffee and a bite in the hopes of warding off the headache. He brought back a tuna melt and mocha from The Bald Barista. Both were excellent. The tuna melt was herbaceous and flavorful and the mocha was the perfect blend or rich chocolate and strong espresso. So, a few days later when my mom arrived and was hoping for coffee and a bite, I said--I've got just the place! On that visit, we enjoyed our coffee and food in house. You order at the counter where you enter and if you're dining in, you simply take the stairs to the dining room and they'll bring you both your food and coffee. This time, I ordered the same coffee (why mess with a good thing) and a yogurt with everything (fruit, nuts, seeds--the works!). The shop itself is cute, warm, and inviting. The service is top notch with beautifully friendly folks working in here (including the Bald Barista himself). If you're in Dublin and are looking for an exemplary cuppa and some tasty bites served with a smile--this is your spot. Get to it!

They prepare and serve up coffee as a city better than any other city in the world. Sorry Seattle, Portland, its the truth. As a full fledge coffee nerd/snob I am looking for great coffee nothing more. Also if they don't roast their own beans and they are just serving someone else's coffee they will never get above a 3 star from me. I am looking strictly at the coffee and the customer service in my reviews. Accents was fantastic. When I walked in the Barista, a pretty little red headed Irish woman was doing some spectacular latte art on a Mocha, she smiled and asked me what I would like. I order just a regular Latte. They do not roast their own beans, but she was out of coffee in the grinder, she reached for a new sealed bag and I caught the name, McCabe's. I was unfamiliar so afterward I looked them up. here is the link if anyone is interested. (https://mccabecoffee.com) Local award winning Cork roaster. I watched the Barista, fill the grinder and then told me it would be a minute as she needed to dial in the espresso. I shook my head in a circle like I didn't get it but okay. She had it dialed in after 3 shots. looked like 18 in and 36 out. She was a pro, steamed my milk while the shot pulled in about 24 seconds. I ordered my drink to go but it was still presented with great art and a smile. Told me where the sugar and lids were but suggested I tried it before i added anything, that the espresso is very good. I tasted it and said, "You are right, needs nothing" and it didn't. BEST LATTE I HAVE HAD THIS TRIP TO DUBLIN. I am breaking my own rule here, I can because they are my rules, they don't roast but they use fantastic local Micro-roasted beans and prepare my drink to perfection. Don't miss this little gem the in Dublin. 5 Stars.

Ambience: Fun, funky, hippie, artistic and lively, with a little local health food grocery within the premises, as well as kitchen and cafe. We had the Banh mi on fresh baked bread that was to die for -- perfectly spiced, with each bite savory, sweet, crunchy, fresh, rich. The coffee was terrific, too! And there were so, so many astonishing fresh-baked things available... serious temptation for the two diabetics on holiday! Service: Our server really went out of her way to make certain we were comfortable and well taken care of. She was bright, friendly, communicative, and quite helpful to two strangers who'd just arrived in Ireland! Value: Remarkably low price for such high-quality food! Wait time: None. We were seated immediately at a spacious table in a window space filled with morning sun. Other: Great family of people here, creating a community space for locals and a great welcome for visitors.
