We have been an internet service customer since 2013. This is a horrible, horrible company to deal with and if I could I would rate them a zero. The woman that answers the phone is so rude that we don't call her unless it is absolutely necessary. So many times the internet is bogged down to where I cannot get on but I just wait it out because I don't want to deal with this woman or this company's way of doing business! They really have us well trained. The first thing this woman will tell you is that if they come out it will likely be at your cost. And she is amazingly right. Once it was over $800! Another time $100 and this time almost $200. That is after paying nearly $180 every three months for very slow internet. I would suggest you try every other source possible before becoming hostage to this company. read more

Extremely poor customer service. I've been having trouble for some time with Internet in the evening hours (very low speed or no connection at all). After finally having enough, I called to cancel the service. It was a holiday weekend (New Years), so I had to leave a message. I was finally contacted on the 5th and was told that I would not be given a refund for the month, which started on the 1st. I explained the trouble and that I called to cancel on the 2nd. Was again told "we don't give refunds, the problem is not us". If you are looking for Internet service providers, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. read more
