I'm new to AZ from CA got four new tires but still need the 4 wheel alignment done. I was referred through a new friend at discount tire to call Lonnie. Over the phone he was super kind. I was able to book and come in the next day. Took about 20mins to adjust the wheels when the car was ready I walked out with a personal sweet note plus a ZERO fees. Prior to this, I called over 6 different places for wheel alignment most charge over $70 above. Not this place! I would definitely recommend/ challenge you to give this place a try. Guarantee, they are customer satisfaction, family oriented, fast, easy in and out. You will not be disappointed. Lonnie and his team will take care of you. Thank you Lonnie for being such a heavenly sent on blessing my invoice fee. read more

Quality for a reasonable price. These guys are "nice" to your vehicle. I was waiting for my van to be finished and a technician was pulling in a lowered car with care. Nice to see these days. They aligned my van earlier in the year and when it was time to pay. They said "you are covered". Thank you for standing behind your work and being reasonably priced. This is my second good experience here. Keep up the good work Lonnie read more

These guys are great! I've been going there for over 10 years now. What I love about these guys is, there have been times I brought my car in for an alignment because the dealer said I needed one. Network checked it, and told me it's within spec and fine. And there's no charge! I think that's really awesome of them. read more

Great experience here. Jeff helped me out, I called in only 2 hours before closing and they said they would squeeze me in for an alignment. I headed over, after waiting a bit because they were busy (understandably) they took a look at my car. Unfortunately the pulling of my car to the right was unable to be fixed but this was out of their control. They did their best to align my car and when he figured out he couldn't, they fixed it so it wouldn't put extra wear on my tires. After all that, they didn't even charge me because they couldn't fix the pulling! What a great experience! That says a lot coming from somebody who usually is very apprehensive of car repair shops especially because I am a girl, so I feel like they usually want to take advantage of me! Jeff was very friendly and I would definitely recommend this shop to everybody I know! I'll be back! read more

Lonnie was super helpful! I was referred here from a good friend and the service done to my car was great! I got the alignment done at a much better price than other places I have previously gone to and appreciated the friendly staff! I would recommend to anyone. read more

Very friendly atmosphere. First time I've been offered bottled water by every employee. All the other people in the waiting area notice it too... Everyone is smiling in here. It's great. :) read more

This place got referred to me by Discount tire. I took my Ford to Ford for routine oil change and such, they told me I need a alignment as soon as possible but wanted to charge me 129 as a deal! Well so I called around and got referred here. So come to find out my alignment wasn't off that bad like ford made it sound like! It also took me 5 month to get the alignment done after I got told I need one! So you would think it would have been pretty bad by then. So people if someone tells you, you need a alignment bad, take your car to this place and get a inspection done first! They not bull shitting like so many places do! read more

This place was recommended by another alignment shop because they couldn't do my full size pick up truck. Took my truck in and it turned out my alignment was fine. I wasn't charged even though they diagnosed my truck. I would recommend this place. Very honest and upfront and if another competitor is recommending them. That has to speak volumes itself. read more

I have been a customer for a few years and while I appreciate their honesty and integrity as a business, I will not be going back to this location. My vehicle felt as if it was possibly out of alignment and I brought it back to have them look at it, but it was the tires. My issue is that I could seriously sense the irritation from the employee behind the desk because I dared to bring back my vehicle while it was under the "6 month war" warranty and one of the employees from the garage came out and starred at me making me feel very uncomfortable. If that's how they want to treat their customers, I will spend my money somewhere else. read more

Honest and friendly. Car issues resolved. Reasonably priced. Our family has been going to this shop for about 15 years, we all recommend it.

Extremely Honest. I replaced the tires on my car at about 45,000 miles and was told to get an alignment. Tire dealer recommended Network Alignment as they couldn't do a 4 wheel alignment on my SUV. Made an appointment for 12N, the car was taken right on time. 10 minutes later they said it was done, everything was spot on. When I went to pay I was told there was no charge as nothing was needed. It's nice to encounter a business this honest. read more

Took my 2011 Civic in on recommendation from Discount Tire. Had a couple of wheel studs that needed replacing. They completed the work quickly. When it came time to pay the gentleman said "no it's okay we got it". I'm not sure the price of wheel studs or the labor involved but guess who just earned my future alignment business? These guys! read more

These guys helped me out with warranty work on my 2006 F150. Did the work the same day, and at a very reasonable price. Also gave me all the necessary paperwork to send into my extended warranty company, without an issue. But the thing that impressed me the most was that in the 3 hours I was waiting, I witnessed the manager tell 6 different customers that they didn't need an alignment or any work done. The customers didn't appear to me to be the type of people who knew a lot about cars, so Network Alignment "could" have told them anything, just to get their money, but the manager told the truth. In a age where honest is rarely seen anymore, I was very impressed. read more

I tried numerous alignment shops in the valley. This one excels last all of them! Only place I'll take my vehicle to from now on

After the place we had an appointment with Monday morning at 8 told us their tech called in sick, we had to find a place to install my leveling kit on my new truck so the dealership could put my wheels and tires on from the truck we traded in. ....Lonnie got us in no problem and did a great job with excellent customer service. Thanks Lonnie. Mamas truck looks bad ass now thanks to you today. Highly recommend Network Alignment read more

Today, I was referred to network by an employee from a large corporation auto shop who did not do alignments. I called network and they were open on Sundays. Yay. I was quoted $59.99 for an alignment for my 95 Toyota Camry. Since it was Sunday I did not have too many options so I decided sure. I dropped off my car around 11:30 am and was told at least 2.5 hours. It was not ready until 3 ish. But to my amazement, they said I did not need an alignment. I was flabbergasted. I am a young female and they could have easily charged me and I would not have known I didn't need one. What an honest shop. I dealt with Edgar, I believe was his name. Thanks. Seriously what a great experience. I told my whole family about it. Now my brother is interested in taking his car there. :) thanks network!! read more

RUN _ DO NOT LOOK BACK - We took my husband's truck to have the power steering leak fixed - originally it was for an alignment to be done, but when we started the truck to go, we discovered a huge power steering fluid leak. My husband spoke to Lonnie and was given an estimate to fix the truck - the leak was mentioned at that time. We took the truck back/they had it in their bay overnight and authorized the work we believed would stop the leaking to fix the truck - now our primary concern. Husband took a full day off work, when he picked up the truck late afternoon Monday, he paid over $1,800 and drove home, only to end up with a garage floor covered in power steering fluid. He called and spoke to Scott the next morning, Scott offered to look at the truck and said it was probably the recommended rack and pinion, an additional $1,155.28!!!!! - at this point we did not trust their work enough to give them another $1,200, so we had the rack fixed at Toyota. Numerous calls to get this resolved and nothing!! Do not go here!! read more

When I first arrived at the place it looked worn down and a bit sketchy. But when I had walked in, customer service was great! They were friendly and seemed very knowledgeable even for how young the age group of workers were. I even walked in an hour early by accident, forgetting the time I had made the appointment for. But as soon as they had time, they went ahead and started on my car early. They test drove my car and put it right on the lift and told me exactly what was wrong with the alignment and what needed to be done and they did it pretty quick. Probably about 15 minutes. Even with the staggered set up I had for my wheels and tires (which I had drag tires in the rear) and with the car being lowered, they had the equipment to get it done. Price was fair. Very satisfied with my first experience read more

I've been coming here 15+ years off and on (depending on what part of town I live in) and the service / prices have always been great. Ask for Lonny, he's been here forever and is real straight up. They do walk ins or appointments. Cars break. It cost money to fix them. Most people just wanna a fair price and to not spend all day waiting. These guys do that. read more

I have had several vehicles brakes done here. The service manager, Lonnie, has been here 14 years. As brake shops go there are no worse than most. They are always friendly. So why only two stars? Attention to detail. This appointment was for a wheel stud that Discount had stripped and so it was no charge to me. I had stopped in a few days before to set the appointment and was assured to proper parts would be there. They had the stud but just tossed on whatever lug nut they had which not only looks different than the original equipment, but when I go to sell the car and remount the wheel covers I will have to find a stock lug nut. They quite often will quote a 5PM finish time and it winds up being 6 or 7. It always seems like the vehicles need calipers or rotors by the second time the pads wear out. If you keep your vehicles a long time like I do brakes are eventually free because everything you buy is lifetime warranty. Because they are a known quantity I will most likely keep going back. read more

We had an appointment for 430 pm. The place is busy. Several more people walked in with an appointment after us and before we knew it, there were 20 people in the waiting area and our truck still had not been touched after 30 mins. I counted three workers in the service area (one just standing there) and one at the desk. I am taking an educated guess that they have over scheduled and all appointments have shown up and they are very understaffed. Well, an hour later, they came out with a list of problems with our truck and they would not be able to align it. Needless to say, we did not get our truck aligned. :-( getting a second opinion. Staff was nice, though. Lonnie is great. Sorry, Lonnie for two stars, but we are almost positive that the list of problems they gave us is overkill. Will not be back. Too many other places in Phoenix. They offer waterin the waiting area, however, the fridge does not keep it cold. It is room temperature. read more

Best place by far. I just came in to have my alignment adjusted due to tire wear. They checked my alignment and said it was perfect and that I need to rotate my tires more often. They spent 20 minutes on my truck and did not charge me anything. I would recommend this shop to anyone! read more

Horrible experience at 67th Ave Bethany Home location. Will not use them again nor will I recommend to others. I went in for an alignment. Told them I had bad pulling to the right. They did the alignment and sent me on my way. I leave and my vehicle is driving the same. So I take it to my mechanic the next day for an oil change and ask him to check out what could be the cause of this pulling. Come to find out (which my mechanic said he spotted immediately) my tire had a huge split in it. When I went back in to speak to Lonnie, the manager, about how this could have been missed, he's response to me was, "If I had done it, I wouldn't have missed it. I don't know how it was missed." Didn't ask for my name, didn't look at my paperwork from previous day to see who did work on it, was completely unapologetic and said, "We don't check tires. We check suspension." Blank stare, demeanor of doesn't give two snaps about the safety of the vehicle he is sending their customers on the road in. God forbid I had got on the freeway doing 55+ and had a major blowout with my child in the car. Never again. If you expect professionalism and diligence, please, for your safety, go somewhere else. read more

HUGE PRICE GOUGING!!!!!!! What can I say, I understand that a business needs to make money. And making a profit is important. Believe me I know. However, when a business is charging $135.00 for a part that on average cost between 7.00-10.00$. THAT'S RIDICULOUS! COME ON OWNER! How would you like it if a service was offered to you, and they were marking up the price on a part APPROX. 100% MARK UP!!? I bet you you wouldn't feel really good about that. Real funny! Yet, that's exactly what your company is doing to your costumers. The same people that make your living. Let me be more specific, trying to charge me $135.00 for an Idler arm, that cost between 7-10$. Charging me for a Pittman arm that cost between 6-8$. Shop around people! Trust me there are far better deals. Costumer service is not simply just be being treated nicely when you walk through the doors. But in my opinion is also being given a true and honest price quote. Oh yeah, one more thing, go with a company that the owner responds to his customers on these reviews. Weather it's a bad review or good review, an owner of a company should always be involved. Food for thought. Thank you. read more

Wonderfull, Honest great place. Went there to day for an alignment. The great guys checked out my car and came back and said all was perfect. Network Brake and Alignment did a front end alignment on my 1997 Toyota 4Runner 4x4. The SUV was noticeably more unstable I called Network two weeks later when the truck was still behaving erratically and after I had the tires rebalanced and rotated. Network told me to bring the vehicle back and they would check the alignment. I didn't do this. I took it to Firestone. The original issue I had with the 4Runner was the toe in. Firestone did an alignment and provided print outs of before and after alignments. Caster, camber, toe AND thrust was way off! I don't like posting bad reviews, but this is unacceptable work. I will never take any of my vehicles or friends vehicles to Network. If you would like to see the print out, I will be posting on social media boards to warn fellow friends and Arizonan's. This place is a joke. Was recommend by discount tire after purchase of new tires for a front end alignment. Found out within the a year of purchase, my two front tires were shot and about to blow out ... Less than 5,000 miles put on it between then and now . turns out my alignment was not completed..they didn't know what they were doing and screwed it up. So bought two new tires and new alignment elsewhere. Stay away from them. Not to mention. My steering was not set correctly and was waaaay off read more

Was suggested to go to this shop for my alignment. I made my appointment and was told 30 min on the phone. When I arrived they told me closer to an hour for the appointment. Strike 1. When I picked up my car they told me it was $50 for the alignment. I was originally told I only needed the $30 alignment. When I questioned them on the price they quickly changed it to $30. Too quickly. Like they did the $30 alignment but tried to charge me $50 because I am female. I asked an ASE mechanic the difference between the 2 alignments and they didn't know. When I found the definition online I was told they are the same thing! Strike 2. As I drove away I noticed that when I was driving straight my wheel off by about 20 degrees. How do you do an alignment and not set the steering wheel correctly?!? Now I had to come back again to have them fix that! Strike 3. I will tell you everyone was nice and pleasant to work with And the price was unbeatable. Unless you know what you're talking about with cars I wouldn't come here. read more

Was recommenced by discount tires to have front end alignment by network alignment & brakes. Called up for and appointment and they said come by around 2.30pm or 3pm. Well that was a joke. Had to wait at least 2 hours before they finally pulled my vehicle into there shop. I explained to jeff and lonnie that my vehicle just started pulling to the right and all I needed was front end alignment or have my tires checked out. After 2 minutes of looking at my vehicle Jeff and Lonnie told me that all my ball joints and tie rod ends are no good. I new that was impossible. Reasons are I used to build race cars and I personal check out my front end. The only problem was that the Left front tire was No good and that was the cause of the pull to the right. The left tire had a bubble in it and the high end of the bubble caused the drift to the right. Lonnie the manager and Jeff where not being truthful. CUSTOMERS BEWARE, IF YOU TRUST LONNIE OR JEFF. And If you do trust them, i HAVE SOME GREAT OCEAN FRONT PROPERTY TO SELL YOU. BOTH Lonnie AND Jeff should be disciplined and reprimanded by the owners of Network alignment & brakes. For the customers that bring there cars to this establishment please try and educate yourself on what they are talking about. This company does not make money on alignments, they make money by lying to there customers on parts that absolutely have nothing to do with fixing the car. read more

The alignment was way off after installing a lift and larger tires on my jeep. Took it in Tuesday for an alignment, which was much better after I left. After a few days driving, I noticed it was pulling to the right and a little squirrelly. Went back today and was told the alignment was fine, but my camber was off on the left wheel. I asked for a printout of the results, which was not given to me. The manager asked me if I asked for the results beforehand, I said no. Every alignment I had done prior to this, I was was always given the before and after measurements. I should not have to ask . Crawling under the jeep after I get home, I find the adjuster for the drag link loose, I can spin it with my hand. With a couple of jack stands and a wrench, I did a better alignment in my garage than they did. I called the manager to tell him what I found, he did not really seem to care. No apologies, no money back offer. No bring it back in to take care of it. Yes, the alignment was much better after the first time. However, the loose part and poor attitude of the manager is why they only get 1 star. I will not be doing business with them ever again. read more

These guys are great! They are honest they have fair prices and do good work. I have taken my car in to get aligned before and always had good service. This time around however was different. Lonnie the manager went above and beyond customer service. He gave me a two hour time period for the repair on my car at the end of that two hours he told me that there was another issue and they needed a part they could not get in until tomorrow morning. Well that was a problem for me because my daughter had to be in for an important procedure early in the morning. Lonnie made sure I had transportation to get home that day and get my daughter in the next morning for her procedure. My car was repaired as promised later that morning. The service I received from Lonnie was exceptional! I cannot thank him enough for what he did. It has been a long time since I can remember such kindness from a stranger. My car runs great by the way! I took it in to Toyota before I brought it to Network Alignment. They could not figure out the problem. I wasted $100+ for nothing so if you have an issue with your car take it to Network Alignment they will fix it for you! :) read more

Referred to by Discount tire last year. 1st alignment was 5 stars. This year however was different. I understand that sometimes shit happens but this is ridiculous. 1st trip-Took my truck in for annual adjustment a few months ago before a 3500 mile trip. was initially happy but then noticed my tires cupping and then the control arms started popping. I checked the nuts on the upper control arm and one was so loose that it was moving the adjuster. 2nd trip-Took it back to get re-adjusted, was told that they had corrected it. Left the shop and got on the freeway, pulling to the right. Called and scheduled another appt. 3rd trip- was told that alignment was off and that they had fixed it. Left the shop, still pulling to the right and now the steering wheel was clocked to the left. Called and had to reschedule again. 4th trip- was pretty irritated by now, Lonnie said that he personally drove it and it was tracking straight. After that I figured that it would be good, the steering wheel was straight again and as I got on the freeway and it was tracking great. 3 days later, same popping up front from the control arms. This time 3 of the 4 upper control arm nuts were loose 2 of them bad enough to move the adjuster! How hard is it to tighten and torque the nuts after an alignment?!?! Things like this make me not trust anyone with my truck. Will never give them another chance to make things right after 4 tries, the inconvenience, fuel, and loss of time driving back and forth for a simple mechanical issue. Not to mention the wear on the front tires. Currently looking for a competent alignment shop to realign AGAIN, but will definitely be checking the torque on the nuts afterward. read more

If you're concerned about honesty and integrity, like I am when it comes to a repair shop, then this is the place to go. I took my vehicle in for road noise and uneven tire wear. Figured an alignment would fix it. Lonnie helped me out and got my vehicle on the lift. They checked all 4 wheels and the suspension and even road tested it. Lonnie told me the alignment and suspension was fine and the noise was probably due to me not rotating my tires, which was overdue (my fault). I was just glad to hear that everything else was fine. I reached in my pocket to pay them for their time, only to be told by Lonnie that there wasn't any charge, due to the fact that they hadn't actually repaired anything. I felt bad and insisted on paying something and Lonnie politely refused. Lonnie, you are a class act and you now have a customer for life. One day I will actually break something, so I can pay you next time, lol. Thank you sir! read more
