Lonnie had everything set up for me when I went in the first time but due to my lack of communication he let me know to come in at 9am the next day to get my coilovers adjusted and an alignment. First the tech let me know I had an Oem strut on- which wasn't true. Then let me know that the suspension set up I had wasn't coilovers and that they were just springs. I understand the confusion because the GTI was the first car I had seen with a coilover like this. The tech also only adjusted one side of the car but let me know the measurements are now equal which are hard to believe to me but I have yet to measure myself. Though these are all negatives Matthew took care of me in the end, he did admit to the miscommunication on his side while being apologetic. He did not charge me because of the inconvenience on my end which is why I truly believe this place is trustworthy. I will be taking my car back to get an alignment soon after I adjust my coilovers myself read more

Took my 2500hd to there shop yesterday and asked for an alignment and tire rotation they said $79.99 then one hour and and half later they came back with Right lower ball joint was out I am a mechanic and had replaced my front end six months earlier so I went home with no work done and to bring in my nephew to help me install a new lower control arm and found out they lied because nothing was wrong with the lower ball joint they also tried charging me for a ball joint at $162.50 and we'll auto zone and most other auto parts store charge $60 for the upgraded ball joint that came at me with a bill to fix it all of $432.50 which is a rip off and they also tried getting the lady in front of me to pay almost $700 for a mini Cooper front hub which I bet wasn't the problem in the first place run away from this company they are scammers. I have worked on my own cars my whole life. This place quoted me $1421.37 for 4 ball joints 2 stabilizer links and a couple of rubber bushings. I found all of it in a complete kit on ebay for $119. It took my 3 hours to do it. I then took it to firestone for an alignment, $98. All done $220 This place is a Rip off!!! Stay away! read more

I have a 97 f250, I had went offroading and messed up the alignment. First I went to an alignment shop near me and was quoted over $400 because the truck needed the "wheel bearings repacked and tightened" I thought that was pretty expensive from the base $79 price so I got a second opinion. I went to another fairly large chain and got a quote of over $1600 FOR AN ALIGNMENT because "my tie rod ends were both bad" tie rod ends are less than $50 each.. I was frustrated and called Network Alignment and talked to Lonnie, I told him what had happened and I just wanted an honest shop that wouldn't lie to me. That's exactly what I got. Lonnie and his guys got me in the same day, did the alignment and Lonnie personally checked the wheel bearings and the tie rod ends and said man to be honest they are both just fine. Let me start by saying that Lonnie is the MAN! I was told by Rodeo Kia on Bell that I needed brakes, brake fluid change, and an alignment. So not trusting them (and justifiably) I went to my go to Alignment and brake place Network alignment. They have done three of my cars thus far and no one else will ever touch them. Lonnie had me in an out in 15 minutes and let me know I needed nothing done, Alignment was perfect and brakes were still 50% on all 4 wheels. I gladly tipped him some money to take the guys out of drinks and off I went. TRUST this man with your car and you will not go wrong. He is a stand up guy and his staff are amazing. NEVER go anywhere else if you want to be treated fairly and not overcharged. He could have easily told me I needed an alignment and brakes and I would have paid him, but NO, he was honest and did not make any money off me. I've been coming to Network since 2004 and my Grandpa has been coming here long before me. They will not align a car with torn bushings as they cannot guarantee it's accuracy when the joint is mobile, makes sense. I've taken cars to them and after racking them they have told me the alignment is fine and wasn't needed - free of charge. This place isn't in the business of taking your money for no reason and they actually care about their customer base. That is part of the reason I have came back here faithfully over the years. Back story: I own a classic Mustang and have been taking my car to a shop that specializes in working on Mustangs. Last week on the way to school I noticed that my brakes were squishy. By that I mean I had to push them closer to the floor in order for them to engage. But then they were working normally. On my way home after my classes I came to a stop sign. I pushed the brake all of the way to the floor. My car came to a stop, but then it slowly started going forward. I lifted off the brake and pressed it back down and it worked. Clearly my brakes were losing pressure. There can be a lot of reasons why this could be, some more difficult to diagnose than others, so I took it to my shop. After having it for a day they called me back and said that my entire brake system needs to be replaced and it would be $1207. Wow. I was not prepared for that at all. I asked what was wrong and if they could just fix that one part. They said they didn't know, but it could be the Master Cylinder. I asked how much that would cost, and they said it was a $45 dollar part. So I told them just to get it working and I'd revisit replacing the entire brake system another day. A day later this shop calls me back and gives me a mouthful about how they refuse to do that because they don't want to be liable for putting me on the road with worn brakes. Now, they are assuming that A) I don't understand liability law, B) I don't know any of the technical jargon they used, and C) that I am wealthy. As for A), I was an administrator of both the state and federal courts for about seven years, so it was my job to be well versed in some areas of law, so I know that the "liability laws" they said they were worried about don't actually exist. B) I've owned this car since 2001, and I've done a lot of the work, including brake work, myself. I am not master mechanic, but I am somewhat competent when it comes to my car, which frankly is a pretty easy car to work on. I do understand why they assumed C. Earlier this year I had them do two big jobs. Replace the A/C and install a new cooling system. Those are things I can't do. At this point I was 99 percent sure they were trying to sucker me. I also had just had my brakes inspected by both this shop (before it changed ownership) and by Network Alignment & Brakes within the past three months. I told them that, and they said they didn't have the paperwork on their own inspection and that Network Alignment **& Brakes** doesn't do brakes. MFW. I didn't argue. I told them that if they were refusing to fix the car I'd either do it myself or take it elsewhere. When I arrived with the tow truck to get my car they wouldn't even look me in the face and tried to confuse me with doublespeak and jargon. I had the car towed to Network for diagnosis. I've been going there since 2002 to have my alignment adjusted. I told the shop manager, Lonnie, what the other shop told me. He said he'd look at it and call me the next day. I got his call and he said they inspected the brakes and they're fine. I asked him if the other shop was basically full of shit and he said, 'yeah, basically.' He didn't know why the brake system didn't have pressure, but they were working on it. He was sure that I didn't need an entirely new brake system. That was yesterday. Today Lonnie called me and said that the problem was my front two brake cylinders needed to be replaced, and one of the brake shoes had some damage. They come in a pair so he'd replace both the front ones. "What will this run me?" I asked. He paused for a second. "Nothing." I paused too. "What? You're not going to charge me? Why?!" "Because why not?" He said. That conversation happened jut 10 minutes ago. It just really made my day. I went from worrying about a potential $1200 repair bill on some relatively new brakes, to getting them fixed for literally free. I pick my car up tomorrow. It felt so good to have a business be that nice to me that I felt like I owed it to them to share the story. TL;DR I had a minor brake problem. One shop tried to gouge me for $1,200 but then I took my car to Network and they said they'd fix it for free. Note: I am purposely not saying the name of the shop that tried fuck me over for two reasons. 1) Maybe they were just wrong and it wasn't intentional (though I doubt they are that incompetent). 2) I wanted this story to be about incredible customer service. I don't want to focus on the negative. As a person who teaches customer service, I really appreciate how common it is for the bad to stick out and how rare it is for the good to be even talked about. read more

I went in for an alignment and found out I needed some other work before the alignment could even be completed. Of course I confirmed with my mechanic if everything sounds right and he confirmed the work needed to be done and the price was extremely fair. Went into have my wheel stud fixed that was broken from discount tire. The shop said it was fixed. Drove home looked at not fixed. Very disappointed with this place and would not recommend taking any lifted vehicles here. I have a lifted vehicle with a lot of new aftermarket parts on and when I went to go get an alignment, they told me the majority of those parts are bad and needed to be replaced before they were willing to do the alignment. When I told them that there's no way that is possible, they said that I was wrong and they knew what they were talking about. They aren't very knowledgeable in the parts because one of the parts they told me was bad was my upper ball joints which is funny because I don't have upper ball joints, I have uniballs. I've had issues with this place in the past but assumed that they were correct so after replacing with new parts and taking it back in, they told me the parts were still bad. I took my vehicle to another shop right after picking it up from Network and they laughed at my previous feedback from Network and did my alignment right away with and mentioned no issues. Again, I would not recommend this place for business nor will I be returning any of my vehicles there. read more

I came to do my Alignment done and wasn't told of my tie rods ends was bad, I ended up replacing came back to get my truck alignment done. They told me they could cause I change my part but yet they never told they bad, smh talk about customer service and they would have recharged me again to do. Incredibly honest. This shop was referred to my husband. We took our truck in because it was pulling badly to the right. Although we knew the right front tire was bad, I half expected to hear all kinds of excuses about needing tires and Alignment, tie rods and so forth.
