I went in for a pint but then couldn't decide what I wanted. They let me try 4 flavors - two were new to me (strawberry rhubarb and peanut butter cookie dough!) all so good! I ended up getting a pint with mint Oreo and cookie dough. I didn't know you could get two flavors in one pint! I would have gotten the PB one, but it was so deliciously heavy on the PB I thought I would have to swat my dog away from it with how good it smelled! As I was checking out I saw they had cannolis and they are filled to order! OUTSTANDING! LNU is a gem.

After learning about the benefits of cold pressed juice; getting a concentrated dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can support immune function, energy levels, and digestion, I decided to try their 3 day gentle cleanse. After signing up through their website and selecting a delivery date, the juices arrived at my door in an insulated bag. They recommend doing the gentle cleanse along with small amounts of food, which was a relief since I wasn't sure I could manage on juice alone. The bottles are reusable and can be retuned to the company for recycling. The juices may seem expensive for what you're used to in the grocery stores, but when you realize how many vegetables and fruits it takes to make a 16 oz bottle, you realize that it's priced correctly. There's lots of helpful information and more about their mission on their website.

I've gotten their juices from the Aquidneck Farmers Market in Newport and the Farm Fresh Farmers Market in Providence. Their glass bottles are 16oz and reusable! My favorite is their raw pressed Get Your Glow: Apple, beet, and lemon. So good! I also tried their Echinacea Sunrise: Orange, pineapple, cucumber, red beet, echinacea extract - also tasty! It's all 100% juice. Price point is a little over $10 for a 16oz bottle so can be pricey but it's fresh and so good! Their products are not pasteurized. Service is always quick and friendly.

Every time I have come here everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have a TON of tea's to choose from if you wanted to upgrade to a Tea Bomb. The options for shake's are endless too. They always have seasonal specials (which you can get all year). They are large and with the tea definitely fill me up for a meal. At other places I've been too I wasn't always full afterwards. You can add low fat/sugar caramel, chocolate and graham crackers for free as well. My shake is less than 300 Calories because of the caramel and Graham's but that's way less than I would have consumed if I went out for pizza like I was originally going to do! Prices are fair too- they also give you a stamp card. Don't hesitate if you are in the area and want a delicious shake or fun healthy tea!

Today they were sold out of the oreo Espresso hard ice cream on their menu which made some people bummed, but I was happy to get my Cotton Candy hard ice cream! It's such a nostalgic flavor, is so creamy, and they're quite generous with the portions. They offer a lot of pre packaged classic ice cream sandwiches- Magnum, Reese's and Snickers Ice Cream Bars, SpongeBob and Powerpuff Girls ice cream bars, to name a few. Some of the images on the side of the truck were a little washed out and didn't look like the actual ice cream, but they offer a wide range of options, and bringing them to you of course makes it so convenient! I have yet to try their Italian ices, but will have to after reading these rave reviews.

Been a fan of Palagis for years. Back when the now long discontinued Hood Fudge Bars cost 50 cents. I do love the frozen lemonade as well. Super delicious and the variety of flavors is great! I personally love the Tropical Mango. Next time I am going to see if I can mix half mango and half Tigers Blood. For the past couple years there was a truck that stopped by my house. In all the years we lived here, he was the first ice cream truck we had. It was like a dream come true! You are NEVER too old for the ice cream truck! I loved chatting with him and buying ice cream! I wish I knew the drivers name, because he hasn't come by this summer (yet?) I miss him a lot lol. He was always really nice. However I did make my way down to the Ice Cream Shack in Pawtucket yesterday and it was a great experience! Everything they sell on the truck is at the shack! With additional flavors of hard ice cream and toppings to choose from. A nice seating area with lots to see! It's decorated well and it makes for a nice refreshing experience if you are unable to catch any of the trucks! Although you might be able to see some of them pulling in or driving away while you eat your ice cream haha. I will definitely be back to experience this again, maybe for the live music. I wish they sold hard plastic, dishwasher safe versions of their frozen lemonade cups. So you can enjoy drinking out of a Palagis cup year round lol. It would be cool if they sold shirts or hoodies too. Gotta rep that RI swag lol. But all in all Palagis is a Rhode Island tradition and Alex is making sure it's preserved for generations to come. Staying true to its roots while looking for new ways to get people their treats! Gotta love it! A genuine RI small business!
