Shared parking lot sometimes gets filled closest to the store front as there are several other businesses using that space. Shopping carts are stored outside by the door. They really could benefit from moving across the street to old Price Right where the parking is much more ample, and there's more space for traffic to back up. They could even add a little space if they did that.
