The internet service is fast when it's up but unreliable - it goes down for a few minutes at least once to twice a day... to be fair, Comcast (our only other option) is also horrible. It's cheap, so you get what you pay for. Their customer service is uniformly shitty - worst customer experience 100% of the time. At least with Comcast it's hit and miss, and you get someone competent about 50% of the time. Ohhh, and Ziply utterly is impossible to get away from... they will do everything to keep you on their service by transferring you to one person and another person until you give up... the last time I try to leave, I ended up being on the phone for an hour going from associate to manager to a senior manager to "approve" my disconnect. I've started to just tell them I'm moving outside their service area when I need to disconnect. If they only bother spend this amount of effort on their customer service -- it wouldn't be so utterly horrendous. They get an extra star for the fiber extension and fast install.

I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. He's the manager at the other Lynnwood store that's getting renovated and temporarily at this mall location. The guy knows his stuff. -YOUTUBE TV I got the YouTube TV promotion $10 off for 12 months, after being bent over the barrel by Comcast and DIRECTV for so long I absolutely love YouTube TV and would never go back. It's month to month, no incompetent customer service, just easy tv. Highly recommend! I also bought TMobile's remote and dongle for streaming services. It is great, easy to use, I prefer it over Google chrome cast for TV which my parents have. (Both are run by google) T-Mobile's unit has 40 app capacity vs 12, newer chip and the remote is easier to handle. This is only for TV's that aren't smart, I just use my Samsung smart tv remote upstairs and it works great for YouTube TV. All in all I'm loving T-Mobile so far. Another salesman, next to us, had a group of 3 customers, and he allowed 2 of them to have their phones on speaker, so it was difficult to hear the saleswoman. It is flat-out rude to use your phone on speaker in public, especially in a store. Don't know why the T-Mobile employee did not ask his customers to shut their phones off. I will get a phone and service elsewhere in the future.
