I gave him everything he asked for including a $2500 check, he said he would have me four templates within two weeks, that was 3/21/19 here it is almost 3 months later and nothing, his voice mail is full, doesn't return texts or emails. I am updating my post, It is now 9/11/2019, sent him another text and still nothing. I had to sue him in small claims, I won and was awarded a judgment, after which I gave him one last chance to make good on the money he stole from me, and still no reply. I will just have to settle losing 1/3rd to a collection agency...so sad to have people conduct business like this.

However, they used a wrong address. Strange, since when they were sending me bills they had the right address. And my email footers had my address, and my card, etc. Then when they finally did pay 40 days after the court hearing, they made the check out to the name of my domain which they were supposed to have created a web site... not to me, which created an issue to get cashed.
