Nice to go play games that you don't want to buy or if have crappy internet at home. Good to come with friends and waste your time together. 24 hours for $24, not bad. Place is dark so you can't see how dirty the large rolly chairs are, but you can still feel it. I wonder how many silent farts those chairs have been through. I have never been in the restrooms here (too scared to venture into them). Instead I teleport to Starbucks to release my urine. Anyways, the keyboard and mouse are always very, very sticky. I always forget to bring hand sanitizing wipes to wipe it down. They should provide some at the front desk. Person at the front desk is always nice. Basically I would not say anything about this. However the experience that I got from Jason was disappointing and upsetting. Went to this establishment to play a game that was previously downloaded on a machine. I told him that somebody is on it. He first response was... do you want a refund? Actual I don't... however he then said the game is not ours so your time will start asap. I could tell he lacks any customer service skills. So I got my refund and said I'll just yelp you. Gave Netfragz one last try. Complete turn around from the last time I was there. Was planning to be there for an hour and I ended up staying for more than four. Definitely way cleaner and better service by Luis. Luis is very attentive, and helped make our night/morning better than the last time we were there. So i used to go to howies game shack and was always disappointed with there equipment and service so i gave this place a chance and ended up loving the place my new hangout to go to. The staff was great help offer any help possible. Great location next to everything you could need to play games all day and with there cheap prices compared to other places this is a great spot for other gamers that want to hang out with friends only con is there bathroom is really dirty so youve been warned other than that place has nice dark setting allowing you to play your game in the right setting and they allow you to bring your own food and drinks which alot of other places dont. Cons: *Employees here need to wipe down PC's, desk & chairs. * Dirty bathroom (due to people who don't aim, flush or wash their hands) * A lot of "smokers" outside in the front * Many customers swearing, I get it.. it's a game..get over it.. IMHO: * Same loud music! * Some employees are helpful, others are just plain lazy & rude!! * Why is this a gaming center & a day care center? 12 year old kids at 3am? Bottom line: This is a great place to play the latest PC games and Xbox games. If you don't mind all the swearing, smelling smoke & sweaty body odor and the filthy bathroom, then this is your place. This place is old school and has a ton of class. Very knowledgeable and relatable staff in regards to new games and equipment. Computers are fast and have a large game selection. This place is very popular at almost all hours of the day so showing up with 4-5 friends to get a row of computers next to each other can be difficult. Went to Netfragz around 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon with 3 other friends. tl;dr at bottom I will preface this review by saying that I own a computer, as do my friends, and our main goal at this place was to play some games we don't own. Trying to get a feel for the next purchase. My initial reaction was that the place was great. Good atmosphere, good prices, and seemingly quality computers. (I was lucky enough to find 4 comps next to each other) I noticed the majority of people playing League of Legends with some others playing Overwatch (broadcast on a big TV for everyone to watch). We sit down, fire up the comps, start getting a game going, except we can't. Battlefield 4 only worked for 3 of us. So we decide to play something else, Killing Floor 2. Little did we know it would be the last game we played there that night. KF2 goes off without a hitch (minor steam problems but Steam was doing weekly maintenance). We then try to switch to a different Battlefield, BF Hardline. Same problem, different computer. We try to play Payday 2, it requires a ridiculous 1 1/2 update. Day of Defeat: Source, needs a separate password!? We tried a couple of other games, had similar problems, so just decided to save our time for another day. I'd also like to note that during our entire stay we were constantly being logged out of the steam or origin account provided by Netfragz. I won't make any assumptions on how they operate the accounts there but you shouldn't have multiple computers logging into the same steam or origin account forcing others off. Especially when the majority of people in the place are playing league of legends or Overwatch (games that don't use Steam or Origin). tl;dr Lots of games out of date and a lack of game licenses and/or a poor design for dividing the steam/origin accounts up. But hey, if you play LoL, you're good to go. read more

Used to love this place, I came multiple times a week and spent quite a bit of my time and money here, but with the way it changed recently it's not worth it anymore. I don't mind the price change, I'll gladly pay the extra, but they now end your sessions instead of it rolling over like before. Example- you'd buy a 4 hour pass and say you had to leave because something happens. You used to be able to come back and still have the time, but now once 24 hours pass(whether you're there or not) it's gone and you lose your time/money. I've noticed a lot of other regulars like myself not going as much due to these reasons. If they change I'll give a higher rating, but it's not the place it used to be. This was a whole new gaming experience, definitely not what I expected it to be. For anyone thinking this place is full of basement dwellers and neck beards and no showering betas you are wrong! as soon as I came inside of Netfragz I was greeted by a "Chad" named Jason. "Chad" Jason had told me that to game here it was 3.50$ per hour and some other deals that Netfragz offers, not that bad of a price. I chose to buy the 24 hour pass for 28$, the computers here are surprisingly good for gaming and for the amount of computers here there was little to no lag, which was great. They have a huge collection of console and PC games so they are pretty current in the meta. If you stayed as long as I did you do not need to leave to eat or drink. there is a nice selection of gamer fuel that is open to different cultures such as noodles, candy, doughnuts and pop tarts. If you are ever feeling thirsty and need to refuel the G juice here is just right. If you are playing league of Legends and you are down in LP I suggest getting the blue low carbohydrates monster because that will pump all that dank G juice through out your juicy veins and giving you adaptive damage through out your games with a slight side affect of getting tilted so if you are a Riven or Yassuo main I suggest drinking in moderation so you do not receive a permanent ban. Another good thing about Netfragz is FortNite, there is a huge competitive scene here since the kinder care is very local to the store so all the Ninja wannabes are not in short demand. other than the games the atmosphere is just right for gaming, no bright lights and great music that plays throughout the store that helps you relate to the local Zoomies that are Fortniting it up. For only having one restroom it was pretty spotless and did not give off the soup kitchen vibe. The building has multiple cameras so there is a sense of security. overall a great place if you do not want to game at home and tell the wife and kids that you are going to work so you can secretly game at Netfragz, I strongly suggest going in when Jason is working, he is not shy of a person to talk to and is more than capable of carrying a conversation and has great suggestions for games if you are a virgin when it comes to video games. Great spot to get your game on! Open 24/7, stocked with Xbox, PS3 and rows of computers. My issue with this place is the really nasty restroom. It stinks, the toilet handle is hanging on by a thread. Great place to go gaming when you have nothing else to do, computers sometimes don't work but if you get there early enough before the mad rush at night you can usually find a computer thats working and open, the only real downside is the grafitti in the bathroom and the horrible smell lol but like the others have said starbucks is right next door so if you cant bare the stench of urine and feces then dont bother even going to the bathroom inside this place but from time to time it is somewhat clean read more

I've only been here a couple times, and mostly only walked by and immediately left. Feels kind of intimidating to go, everyone stands outside the door and you have to walk past them to get in. Once inside, if it's a busy day and you're trying to sit with a few friends, good luck. You usually can't get more than two seats next to each other. Also, the people there tend to be real uppity. This place seriously fucking blows. Prices are outrageous for a lan cafe. Monitors are trash for gaming that requires quick movement like DOTA and LOL. And the mouse is trash, slow and unresponsive.
