Wondering what to do to pass time.. the idea of an internet/PC cafe came to mind!! Compared to the other cafe we tried calling, this branch answered the phone & we were delighted to hear they were open quite late!! We came here before valet parking was needed and found a spot easily in the lot. The pricing was very decent and we enjoyed the fact you can walk-in and purchase as a non-member without needing a membership (which is just a one-time pay of $20 as well, which isn't too bad). To play for one hour.. prices are: MEMBER * $4 (remaining time saved) NON-MEMBER * $6 We paid easily and the front desk guy guided us to our spots. Specifically, we wanted to play Fortnite, but with that game, it requires constant updates over time due to the new updates/seasons/etc. Both our PCs weren't updated on the latest of it, which makes sense because there was literally just a recent one the day before. The updates were ringing us up for 4 hours, which obviously would take up more time than what we booked. We told the guy and he saw, and immediately offered on refunding for us and shut off our PCs. He was very nice and friendly enough about the whole thing. I definitely recommend to come here to play other games (very large library of them!) that don't need constant updates like Fortnite. Other than that mishap, it was a cool experience honestly and the seats were comfy and headphones/keyboards were cool. The LED strips inside gave ambiance and comfortable vibes for sure. Rules are standard of not yelling, bringing outside food, and no damaging property or adult stuff. **Please try to log off before the staff shuts down the PC. I remember when I used the PC someone else was still signed in for example to Epic. That could be very risky and the wrong person can take advantage. We were both unable to both log out due to how quick the PC gets shut off and to deal with it, I recommend either changing passwords or using the "sign out of all devices" option on settings immediately after so you'll be fine. read more

This review is solely for the front desk guy - I've never actually visited this business, and after this interaction, I never will. I was simply trying to leave the parking lot when I found my car blocked. Since the lot is shared by multiple businesses, after checking with the valet guy I was sent to check with this PC place to see if the car belonged to one of their customers. Seems like a reasonable request, right? Well, not to the front desk guy. The moment I asked, he got so aggressive and started blaming me for "making trouble" for their business. How exactly? I was just asking a simple question! Then, instead of handling the situation professionally, he stormed outside and started arguing with both me and the valet. Are you kidding me? I was a paying customer at the plaza, just trying to find out who blocked my car so I could leave. There was absolutely no reason for his outburst. This guy seriously needs to learn basic customer service skills and simple human interaction skills - or probably even take some anger management classes. Someone like this should not be interacting with customers. After this ridiculous experience, I have zero interest in ever stepping foot in this place. Avoid it unless you enjoy being yelled at for no reason! read more

The workers here are super kind and friendly :) for non members, it's $6/hour but remaining time doesn't roll over I believe, and to become a member it's a one time $20 payment then $4/hour and remaining time rolls over. There's a decent selection of drinks and snacks, which is really convenient. It doesn't get too crowded whenever we go, but there is valet in the lot until 10pm everyday. This pc cafe is really good. The environment and the owners are very nice and welcoming. They have all the popular pc games like dota and pubg but if they don't have it then ask them and they will download them for you. I decided to organize a late-night get-together with my friends for some in-person gaming, and we chose this cafe as our meeting spot. Overall, the cafe provided a decent experience, but there were some aspects that could benefit from improvement. One notable issue was the lack of a clear warning when our allotted time was running out. This resulted in an abrupt closure of the menu, which disrupted our gaming session. Additionally, the interior of the cafe was quite warm, which led to discomfort and even a headache for some of us. On a positive note, the cafe did offer an extensive selection of drinks and snacks, which added to the variety of choices for our group. The majority of the staff was accommodating and provided decent service. However, there were some concerns regarding the valet staff. It was somewhat puzzling that we were required to pay a valet fee, even though we didn't utilize the valet service. Furthermore, when my friend handed the valet staff a $10 bill for payment, he returned only $6 and proceeded to walk away, leaving us somewhat puzzled. I came here to kill some time and it was really clean. They have snacks, drinks, and fast internet. The staff was not rude and explained how it works. It was my first time at a pc bang so I don't have prices to compare, but I paid $12 for 2 hours. They have a membership program where you pay $20 for benefits and hourly is cheaper. My friend and I decided to try out an internet cafe for the first time and we really wanted to enjoy this unique experience, but we were hampered by numerous problems in our two hours there. What I can say is that the place was clean, had a nice atmosphere, and the man at the counter was hospitable, but those were the only positive aspects I can vouch for. In terms of the issues, my friend was not able to log into his account at all. We spent nearly thirty minutes troubleshooting until we found out that the PC he was using kept refusing to open the web browser in order for him to complete the login to Battle.net using his linked PS account, which he needed to do for us to play Overwatch. Since the PC I was using did allow for browser access, my friend and I switched PCs after already wasting much of our time. The second issue would be that while the PCs were able to run Overwatch quite seamlessly, both PCs we were using were not able to run Fortnite even at 30 FPS. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong, yet if we were expected to change the settings to be on the lowest graphics and restart the game, that would have been good to know at the outset. We expected the PCs to be able to run Fortnite in general, but that was just another disappointment since the framerate was choppy and gunplay was really extremely unenjoyable as a result. The third issue was that we were able to hear other people in the internet cafe in our headsets. You read that right. Another customer a few rows down from us was laughing and talking loudly, and we were able to hear him clearly with the headset off as well as from the audio in the headset. I have no idea how that is possible, but that was the case for both myself and my friend's headsets. We thought he was in our game chat, that's how intrusive his communications were to ours. The final issue is the worst, and it was what made me want to write this review. As we were approaching the end of the session, an automated message stated in Korean that we had three minutes left in our session. That was fine, and we acknowledged it. However, we were just about to finish our game before the PCs just exited to the locked screen, and all of our accounts were still open. I know this because in the following day, I saw from my phone that my Discord account said I was playing League of Legends. Since I've never played that game, I could only conclude that my Discord account was still open in that cafe and told my friend immediately. We both changed all of the passwords for the accounts we used at the cafe as a precaution. When it comes to account security and privacy, I would have expected a warning that we risked exposing our game accounts to public access if we didn't immediately shut off our game and start logging out as soon as possible. Also, what about people who do not speak/understand Korean? They would be the most at risk of experiencing this issue, which is the worst part in my opinion. read more

They try to sneak your money, if you are unaware of that. That is exactly reason that everything is in korean, so when u add money to account, you have no idea how many hours you have. I bought 10 hours and played for 2-3 hours. And when leaving cashiers first tries to charge me couple hours more, and when i say i had 6 hours left he started arguing that i dont have time left, however i know i had at least 5,5 hours. When i tried to explain he just got mad and said dont come here anymore. I stopped by this place the other day to play LoL when my internet wasn't working. The computer and the internet was really fast, and the seats were very comfortable. I usually don't like using headphones for long periods of time because my ears get fatigued, but the headphones there were really comfortable and had great clarity. This place also had snacks for purchase, and the variety was pretty good. Overall the setup and the atmosphere was good and it was amazing playing on a level of computer that the LoL pros use. I'm 32 and I've been gaming all my life. I currently own a really good computer that is capable of playing most games on ultra or high, but sometimes you want that nostalgic experience of going to a PC bang to just relax and play some games with a few of your buddies by your side. I came here after looking at the Yelp photos and noticing how clean the place looked, and I am so glad I did. 88 PC Cafe is meticulously clean. You can tell the owner really cares that everything is nice and organized. I went to so many PC bangs in my life where everything smelled like sweat and dirt. The keyboard and mouse were brand new, and everything worked smoothly. The chairs are super comfortable, there is ample space between you and your neighboring PC booth, and best of all, HUGE monitors, so you don't miss any of the action. This PC bang has all the games you need, the owner is super nice and helpful, even giving LOL tips, and best of all, the prices are so well priced that you can easily spend a couple hours here without breaking your wallet. The cherry on top of everything I just mentioned is that they have free parking in the back (a nice touch in Koreatown), and a nice selection of drinks and snacks in case you get the munchies after a couple of games. I headed there to have some fun. I went to play because I was visiting California and wanted to play with my friends in Las Vegas. I had a really great experience. The computer were nice and most of the peripherals were good. I think that they can upgrade their headsets and monitors. It was hard to play on 60hz and it would be great if they could upgrade. The headsets were not the greatest. It worked but not the best. If they upgrade their monitors it's a 5 star place. It's really cheap, quiet and nice. read more
