He's very accommodating - has made himself available for last-minute visits both on weekdays and weekends when we've had to go out of town. He has also provided us with some great professional photography of our pet as a Christmas present :). Our dog completely adores him! She gets taken out on nice walks around the neighborhood three times per week. She has started walking on a leash better after we told Marius she has had some issues with pulling in the past. She seems very happy when we get home on the days that he walks her. I absolutely recommend Snappy Pet Services!

It was remarkable how well this dog responded to his owner and how confident both dog and owner were. We asked Stu if he would work with us while we were in town for a few weeks and he agreed. After spending years going through trainer after trainer and pouring thousands of dollars into…read moretraining classes, we finally found something that actually works. Stu has been a complete game-changer for our German Shepherd, Nova. We all know taking the time to practice and train each day can be tough- which was honestly what my husband and I struggled with most- but Stu holds you accountable. He consistently follows up to see what's working and what needs improvement. Each session, he challenges both you and your dog in real-life scenarios (trains, sirens, bells, whistles, grooming tools, skateboarders, kids baseball/football games, strollers, men with hats, kids with backpacks- YOU NAME IT!) which has made all the difference. He also brings his own dog to training sessions from day one--something we'd never experienced before. Because Nova was extremely reactive to other dogs, having a calm, well-trained dog present right off the bat was crucial. It allowed her to learn how to stay composed and focused in a controlled environment, and the progress we saw from this alone was incredible. In addition to having his dog present in every session, he also offers group classes most Sundays. This gives us the chance to work in close proximity to multiple dogs and put our training into real practice. This consistent exposure has been essential for Nova's progress--and is truly an opportunity you won't find elsewhere. Stu doesn't rely on treat training like so many others. He focuses on helping you build respect with your dog, which truly is the only way to achieve long-lasting results. The transformation we've seen is unbelievable. Before working with Stu, my confidence walking our high-energy German Shepherd was shaky at best. The second another dog came into sight, panic kicked in. Now, I can walk her calmly (sometimes even with a stroller!) and feel totally at ease, knowing she won't pull me into traffic or react to other dogs. Don't waste another minute--or another dollar--searching for a dog trainer. Stu is your guy. Absolutely recommend!

I'm writing this because other dog owners deserve to know how this business handles things when…read moresomething goes wrong. I had been a loyal customer at Complete Dog for a while and always trusted them with my dog. The day after her appointment, I noticed a cut and called the groomer right away to ask what happened. They denied any responsibility and showed no concern. I took her to the vet, and when they saw the cut, they told us to bring her in almost immediately because they were worried it could be infected. After examining her, they said it likely could've happened at the groomer. The owner refunded the vet bill--but called it a "courtesy" and still denied anything happened under their care. They also refused to refund the grooming, saying they should still be paid because the haircut was "completed." My dog was hurt, and all they seemed to care about was getting paid. The way I was treated as a customer was cold, rude, and completely unprofessional. This was an incredibly upsetting experience, and I would never want another pet owner or pet to go through what we did. Please think twice before taking your dog to Complete Dog.

I do a lot of research into veterinarians after being let down on more than one occasion from long time practitioners. With many hours of research across multiple sites, I picked Dr. Cohen. I am so glad I did. I have never had such a great experience with any medical doctor in my life! He offers real options, options and their value to cost ratio, and helps cool some of the fears that come with the unknowns of two new family members after several years sadly without pets. I can get a little worked up over small symptoms. To keep things short, I have brought both pets in for emergent and preventative and I have always felt good after the experience. Juxtapose this to the Wolf clinic where I had to go twice when adopting from orphans of the storm- who never let me speak with the vet and brushed off real medical questions with the excuses of policy.
