I was told it wasn't covered by he warranty which is fine. I could contact my insurance company right see if they would cover it. OK fair enough. The problem is that he refused to even look at it. I am so happy that I found Land Rover in North Haven…read more After visiting Fairfield Land Rover, where I live, we almost decided not to buy one. It was a dismal experience. We then went to Mercedes, Infiniti, Porsche and BMW but the experience at Land Rover North Haven was the best. Gina was so sweet and prompted me to Bill, who provided me with immeasurable guidance. Ken was determined to help me, and fair in his pricing and negotiations. Most importantly, once we purchased the car, we were treated with excellent service. Bill took me through every aspect of the car, he is truly an expert. With the complex features on high end suvs, it's extremely important to be helped by patient and knowledgeable people who are not just interested in a quick sale. Since I live in Fairfield, they even offered to drive the new car to me! When you work withLand Rover North Haven, you are working with professionals. It's a well oiled machine! I love my new SUV and hope to buy another car from them soon.

I won't go through the long saga of my 2011 Subaru Legacy, but will just say that I put my faith…read moreand trust in Ralph and his team at Farrows, and they delivered. The car needed a complete assessment of the engine cylinder heads and a question of whether the challenges, length of time, repairs needed and expense would be worth the money. In the end, I decided it was all worth it, largely because I trusted Ralph and his team. I found Farrow's to be thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and communicative. Not so from a local dealer's Subaru service department which may have actually contributed to the problems with the engine (but I'll never know that for sure). My car was with Ralph and team for almost two months. Ralph never sugar coated anything -- was forthcoming about the time it would take for parts, repairs, etc, and the costs. They were diligent in working to diagnose the root cause, not just symptoms, to get it right. I picked up my car yesterday and needless to say: it's running great -- like having a completely new car (at 120k miles in). I would highly recommend Farrow's to anyone and will continue to bring my car there. A huge thank you to Ralph and master technician Bernie; can't say enough good things about them. Here's to the next 100k miles!
