i bought a used car from them over a couple of years ago with just over 110,000 miles. tires had…read morevirtually no wear but didn't last even 15,000 miles? why? not because they wore out, but because they all were old! 2012, 2015, 2018, 2020. I was charged $580.80 to replace all of them. Then recently I was having performance issues with my car and brought to my mechanic. before I purchased the car, they were supposed to do a tune up using platinum spark plugs That are supposed to last 100,000 miles. My mechanic discovered that the ones that were installed appeared to be brand name knockoffs of the manufacturer, Denzo. The mechanic further noticed that all coil connectors were broken and were spliced into one new connector. I was shocked!! My guy even called J and J Motors for some clarification and was basically told to get lost. bottom line, if you have recently bought a used car or had done work done, have somebody reputable give it a second look.

After speaking to the driver, we decided to take the Jeep to their shop for repairs - Rhonda called me on Monday morning with a diagnosis and estimate - they completed the repairs the same day and worked with me to pick it up after hours. Everyone I spoke with was polite, helpful and eager to make me feel comfortable. I felt that the price to repair my brakes was reasonable and didn't feel pressured to do anything extra.
