He gave me a quote the same day, which was impressive and a huge relief after all the back and forth I had been through with my home warranty company. The very next day, Johnny and his team were at my house at 8am with the new units for my split system, ready to install. Since I live in Pasadena, I also received an extra rebate from PWP for using a local company. I was so happy with their work that I had them install a three‑head Mitsubishi mini‑split in my back house, which has never had A/C before. Their prices were better than any other company I had quote these jobs, and they did a fantastic job. The office staff Nomi was very helpful in preparing the required paperwork I needed to submit the rebate request to the City. As noted by a few others, the crew has limited English skills, but Bulga and his lead, OD, were always available to step in and translate if needed, and the crew's workmanship is excellent.

They were able to fix our heater problem when our prior HVAC guy could not. And they fixed the problem with less costs than what we paid our other/prior HVAC guy. Further, because our prior HVAC technician could not fix our heater problem after 3 visits, we were recommended to replace the whole HVAC unit and the ducks. However, when Lindsey's came, they told us that we would not need to replace our HVAC system or the ducks because, after much investigation, they found that it was just a roller switch that needed to be replace and all they needed to do was to try and find that brand of switch then we should be ok. And they did it! Not only are they very experienced with the various types of heaters and AC systems, most importantly of all, this is a vey honest company! Because we had to wait for the switch and while waiting the temperature got cold, Christine made sure that we got a discount for their visits. Also, when our heater had another problem again, they were very patient and they came back right away to check what was wrong. This is a honest and professional company. They are very experienced and most importantly, they won't over-charge you! Their prices for the quality work they do are very reasonable and fair. I especially appreciate Christine who helped us schedule speedy services, made sure that we were not over-charged, and she provided very valuable recommendations and insights regarding the problem of our heater. They used the front of our unit as a temporary staging area while fighting with a narrower-than-they-would-have-liked passageway. They would not say to whom. TOP SECRET! The building management company did not know, so New Century went through the lobby, did not cover the elevator and was about to take down the door, up an entire flight of stairs and then take out another door. Smart guys! Considerate guys! So very caring, courageous and ingenious. Disrespectful and outrageous. One can only imagine if they would damage anything along the way. They could not care less. Their doing, the homeowner's responsibility. One of the two actually said "we know 'tenants' like you. Are you the manager?" Do you treat tenants differently? Why are they nothing to you? I am just the caregiver / cleaning guy. But it matters not who is the person - to New Century all are just obstacles on the way. Remove the doors, push the person, do whatever, cut corners. Excellent service! Nastiness, not kindness. Disrespect instead of being grateful and proudly representing your employer. What a shame. Brand new AC system- absolutely HIGHLY recommended company!…read more I went with Connor AC based on a friend's recommendation (used for their AC system) and because they were local to me and easily accessible. Consult and walk thru was done by Jarred- absolutely professional in all mannerisms, dress, prompt, follow up, ...and easy on the eyes as well. I put the job off for a year bc it was just too much - cost too much and too much invasive work. I have a separate upstairs and downstairs AC units and the downstairs one literally breaks down every summer, electric bills skyrocket, house never gets cool, different guys adding all kinds of freon and tinkering around trying to get our house to cool down in 100deg Cali summers! Finally my downstairs one just broke down 80-85deg inside the house on a 100deg day. I called back Connor and asked them to update the proposal (post- Trump and tariffs) and was determined to make it work this time. My job entailed taking out my 2 old outdated builder's grade 10SEER fans in the backyard, then having the concrete that was custom built underneath them re-done. Then a whole new 16SEER Lennox top of the line system would be installed. And then it rained. Literally never rains in Cali but all 4 days of my proposed job showed forecasted rain!! Day 1- John and his helper Sebastian came to start the job. Work hours were about 8-2ish. They took time to prep and lay out floor covers to protect my carpet and tiles. Then they removed my 2 furnaces inside the attic thru a tiny 2x2 trap door in my closet! John and Sebastian work quietly and efficiently and really surprisingly make the most of their time! 4 days later I had 2 brand new AC units, got the heat working in these colder winter temps, John even re-routed my ducts to improve airflow and basically cleaned up my attic - which now resembles a fully functional clubhouse! Such clean and detailed work! I'm so happy I went with Connor AC and so impressed with the work done by John and Sebastian. They're quiet and clean and so professional. John just seems like such the can-do guy - so highly recommended and Connor AC is so lucky to have him. Please don't ever retire John, in case I ever need any follow up AC work!

Got on the roof and diagnosed and fix the problem. Quickly whole experience took about an hour with them, spraying down the air conditioner and cleaning it out. I'm truly grateful for the professionalism and how quick they got this done. More importantly that they were able to come out the day I called them, which was really fortunate. The temperature has been in the mid to high 80s and my wife is nine months pregnant so having to air conditioner, not working has been very uncomfortable for her, which is my main concern.
