They clearly do an inadequate job during closing of winterizing the system and blowing out lines properly, because the last 2 years we have had damage to the pipes, pump and tiles that was completely avoidable. Then they charge above market prices for repair and hold off on providing service till repairs are done by them. They now send one inexperienced person to do the job that was done by 2-3 people earlier and charge more. Each maintenance report just blames the customer for their poor quality of service. I will be canceling my contract. The photo shows what my pool looks like after the 2nd opening visit.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our pool service team this season! A huge thank you…read moreto Adonys, Frank, Israel, and Javier for the outstanding weekly service they provided. We installed our pool in 2021, and this was honestly the first season in 5 years that we went the entire season without any issues. The pool consistently looked amazing, the water was crystal clear, and everything was well maintained. It was such a relief to simply enjoy our pool all summer without having to worry about something going wrong. We also want to recognize Tee Jae, who installed our new salt cell. The installation went smoothly and was another great experience. We truly appreciate the care, consistency, and attention to detail this team provided throughout the season. Adonys, Frank, Israel, Javier, and Tee Jae all deserve recognition for a job very well done. Thank you for making this our best and easiest pool season since we installed our pool!

Update: After posting this review, Millennium Pools reached out to us and worked with us on an…read moreupgrade we were considering for our pool. We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

I should have believed the other reviews. If everything…read moregoes right, expect your new hot tub to be delayed by days/weeks after the promised delivery date. I was told my hot tub was "on the truck" from the factory and would be delivered within two to three weeks, with an anticipated October delivery date. Late December, after I called to cancel my order because it had still not been delivered, it was located and delivered shortly thereafter. If anything goes wrong, buckle-up. My hot tub was delivered with a leak and broken LED lights. 18 months later, with no fewer than 10 trips to my house, each trip declared "fixed!", the hot tub still leaked and several LED lights remained broken. Is it too much to ask Premium Spas to fix a leaking tub with burned-out lights? Yes, it's too much to ask. The warranty crew at Premium Spas, led by Troy, who will proudly tell you he's got 20 years of hot-tub experience, is arrogantly incompetent. The longer the unfixed leaking issue continued, the more aggravated Troy (and Charlie, the owner, and Patti, Charlie's girlfriend who answers the phones) became with me. Why wouldn't I just deal with my leaking hot tub and leave them alone? After Troy was unable to fix the tub, he told Jacuzzi it couldn't be fixed (because he couldn't fix it) and they sent a replacement tub. I was charged an additional $750 because the replacement tub (same exact model) had increased in price. My choice was to keep a leaky tub or be charged another $750 for a replacement tub. Then Premium Spas fought with me over the electrical hookup over the replacement tub, in the exact same location of the original tub, needed "a few inches" of additional electrical wire to be reconnected. Earlier today, Charlie (the owner), told me he no longer "gives a f*ck."
