Ty and Carl showed up Monday as promised, took one look and figured it out in minutes...no up-sell, no trashing my old boiler, no bull...straight to it. Fixed it fast, bled the system, cleaned it and it never worked better, I am very impressed. I even signed a maintenance deal since I have other units, that's how good these guys are. My husband called Phillips when he discovered that the A/C wasn't working at our rental property (2…read moredays before tenants were supposed to move in, of course). We were told that they were swamped (hottest week of the year...of course), but that they would come over that night after they were done with their calls for the day. Around 9pm my husband still hadn't heard anything so I called to find out if they still were planning to stop by. I wasn't upset I just told the guy that my husband was at the property and didn't want to stay longer if the tech couldn't make it that night. The tech said that he would still come by, but he had 2 other calls left so he didn't know what time. I told him that was fine - we were just verifying that he was still coming. Around midnight we still hadn't heard anything so I called again (no answer) and then my husband paged the tech (they say on their message that a tech will call back in 5 minutes). By 1am we still hadn't heard so my husband came home. The next morning (Saturday, a day that their website says they are open) around 9:30 I called again and left a message (specifically asked for a call back). No one has bothered to call me back. I understand that we were calling at the last minute and they had a full day already. If the tech would have just told me at 9pm that he couldn't make it I wouldn't be leaving this review. Honestly even if we had waited 2 more hours BUT he had called to say he couldn't make it I wouldn't be leaving this review. This company might be great at fixing A/C, but based on my experience I will not call them again or suggest that anyone call them (especially with an emergency). BTW, I ended up calling House of Heat - they were also completely booked but said they would come by at the end of the day which would be 4 to 4:30 at the eariest. I ended up having to wait until 5:30, but the guy was friendly, professional (and even apoligized it had taken him longer than he thought) and fixed the A/C. House of Heat is who I will call in the future and where I recommend you take your business.

That's before I noticed a couple of problems. First, they sent 2 men to do a 1 hr. job. They charged me $2400.00 - PIRATES!! Three days after they left I attempted to install the hose (for the hot), that connects the shut off with the utility sink. There was a problem. The shut off was DEFECTIVE and missing threads. It leaked. I called another plumber to fix it because I did NOT TRUST these men. Also, the copper pipe that comes out of the wall that has the other shut off on it is directly sitting on the drywall. I brought this to the "supervisor's" attention at the time and he stated it was no big deal. IT IS A BIG DEAL. These folks do SLOPPY WORK. DO NOT HIRE. On 3/23, I went into their office to show them photos of the problems and request a partial refund. Michael, the Operations Mgr stated he would get back to me.
