The check-in line was super long, and the room walls are super thin. Noise was a big issue way past quiet hours since you can hear everything and it sounded like kids were left unattended at all hours of the night. Fantastic kids destination, as far as activities, but don't go here and expect a restful night's sleep!

My problem same as last year but last year they did work it out . If I need an ADA parking spot and you know a head of time I'm in wheelchair then I should be able to park in one . I paid $100 for parking that was only close and ADA one time . Out of 5days of being there . Activities for kids were good as always . Story times and dance parties are the best with the kids . All events are free . They are very entertaining. The food I did reviews separately. The breakfast buffet had less options and instead of going every morning we only went once . Service was good but for the price it was not worth it . Rooms were clean and decent . We had the family suite with two beds and pull out bed. Downside is they only have fridges in room no microwaves but was across from room with ice and microwave. I requested the lobby level due to being in wheelchair and had negative experience s when on higher levels . Have now visited at over 5 locations and each one has their own perks . There was fire alarm and evacuation once while there but we happened to be out to dinner at the time off premises. Its by far the best one accessibility wise . I was actually able to go into Lazy River for the first time . They have transfer seats right by entrance of it . Outside pool and hot tub was closed 2 of the 4days which is one of the reasons we changed our vacation to this location from April to July so that was disappointing. Overall I would come back again but fix the parking situation for ADA permit people or change the fees !!

There is a nice, cool, pool that the kids absolutely loved playing in. The campground is also pet friendly as long as you are in an RV or at a campsite. They don't allow pets in the cabin. That wasn't an issue for us this time, but it's something to consider if you are planning on traveling with pets. The cabins themselves are fine. Nothing extraordinary and nothing to nitpick about the structure. We only had a few issues. The first was with the AC. It was set to the lowest temperature, and it still couldn't keep the room cool. Granted, we came during a heat wave, so it's probably not so bad when it's just in the 80s or lower and the humidity isn't so high. The other issue was the mattresses on the bed. They were like prison mats. So uncomfortable, and even a two inch mattress topper didn't help. If you're a young person, then it probably isn't such a major problem, but if you are over 40 or have back pain, then you definitely want to avoid these cabins or plan to bring something that may help to make it more comfortable. The last issue is the cost. We stayed for two nights, and it cost over $300. My wife booked the cabin without my knowledge, so we were stuck with it, but for that price we could have stayed in a really nice hotel with amenities and towels and all of the things that are typically provided. In these cabins, there is toilet paper, a bath mat, and a couple of trash bags. You have to bring all of your own linens and towels. You also need to bring all of your own toiletries. And if you want coffee in the morning, either plan to bring a small machine and your own coffee, or you can take a 10-15 minute trip into one of the nearby towns. So, for the price and all things considered, I would not recommend booking a cabin here. The RV and campsites seem fine, and our in-laws paid a little less than half of what we paid for their RV site, so I would recommend it for that purpose.

She was absolutely running circles around everyone--making drinks, helping guests, answering questions from multiple staff members, and somehow keeping everything moving despite being pulled in every direction. She handled a busy bar with professionalism and a great attitude. What really stood out, though, was watching the chef come out and speak to her in an incredibly rude and disrespectful way in front of a full bar. No employee deserves to be treated like that, especially not someone who was clearly carrying so much of the workload. Kudos to her for staying calm, keeping her composure, and continuing to provide excellent service despite being spoken to in such a rude manner. She was the reason our experience remained positive. I hope management recognizes how valuable she is--and also addresses how inappropriate that interaction was. 0 stars for an uncomfortable experience with the chef. 5 stars for professional bartender

I got a chicken sandwich which was fine. Chicken was well cooked and portion size was perfect for lunch. While the food was well cooked, flavor was average. Service could definitely be quicker. Overall, mediocre at best.
