I found mouse droppings throughout my house, in the basement and on both floors and was very creeped out, especially in the kitchen. I called Hillcrest and Mike came out the next day and did an inspection and set up traps and bait boxes. We scheduled an appointment for him to come and check everything two weeks later. Almost immediately there were no more droppings on my kitchen counters. In less than a week I saw a dead mouse in one of the basement traps. I was too squeamish to wait another week for him to come out to remove the dead mouse and replace the trap, so I called and Mike came out the next morning. He removed the mouse, checked and replenished the bait boxes and traps. I am EXTREMELY grateful that he was so responsive and did not try to make me wait another week. I specifically communicated that there were ants on my walkway in the front of my house prior to the last visit. I wasn't home to see where/if they sprayed anything. The ants were still there about a week later but I just thought it would take time for them to die. Well a month later and there are ants and spiders everywhere. The initial consultation was very thorough and professional and informative. They set a trap and will be back in a week. I'm very impressed so far. I just wait to hear a call back, no animals where ever caught in the trap, so I just let it sit. Eric gets back to me and says he will come out and take care of the trap, I told him I never followed up just because I never saw anything In the trap. He said no problem. He would come out and take care of the trap and secure the the wholes that where there as he had instructed me he would when he showed up for the initial consultation. He also told me about a tree branch I should have cut, which I did while the trap was laying idle. So all together, I was very pleased. He even asked me to check his work, that I thought was great, because anyone can do a job and leave and you would have no idea how honest they are then it's your fault for trusting the guy. All in all this is a great company if you have animal issues. Very thorough, explained things and responsive. It was pretty $$$, but the work I received was wry good and I knew I was in good hands.
