We had an ant infestation problem so I reached out to the company. Al responded right away (as always). They came out the next day to take care of the issue for us. We asked them to spray around the house as well, since we've been noticing spiders and house centipedes here and there. We paid using our credit card without any problems. I can attest that the gentleman who spoke about his experience with James in one of the past reviews was likely a result of an unfortunate misunderstanding - James came to service our house and he was a very friendly & pleasant Midwestern gentleman, we would work with him again any day of the week!

Stay away from Randy Easley and RE Pest and Mold. I had to take him to court for damages and I won,…read more($750) but he is still trying to avoid paying me, so now I'm leaving reviews around the internet. He is not insured! I hired Randy to clean racoon waste out of my attic. After 15 min or so, he stepped somewhere on the dry wall and punched a hole into the bathroom below. He quickly cleaned up and tried to drive off without explaining to me what happened or if he accomplished anything. (which was next to 0). When I confronted him, he gave me a number to 'his' drywall guy who would do the repair. The drywall guy showed up the next day and demanded $670 before starting the work. Fearful the racoons could come back at any time I had to pay him. Randy insisted 4 months ago he would pay me back when business picked up, but he wouldn't give me even $10 to demonstrate he would, so I had to take him to small claims court. No surprise I won. He is refusing to pay me saying I will have to garnish his wages. So I will, but today I'm leaving him my first Yelp Review. I had them come out to address this and was not pleased that they charged another fee. They treated the interior of my home, but after the technician left, my iPad went missing, but the charger was still there. I contacted them about this but was told that I had no proof and to use the find my iPad app. When I persisted they accused me of retaliation for the second fee. I filed a police report and now need to get a replacement iPad since I use it for work as well. I didn't appreciate being accused of lying by this company.
