Here's the FIRST really impressive thing: Although I hadn't left my phone number due to the plumber's interruption, five minutes later my phone rang with an Integrated representative calling ME to ask how they could help. They'd heard the partial message, looked at the phone logs, found my number, and called me back. Dominic was my first contact, and he was great. He put my mind at ease, gave me next steps, and shared his personal phone number so I could remain in touch seamlessly. Within several hours of our conversation, a crew was scheduled for early Monday to assess the damage and begin damage mitigation. Technician Josh T. arrived earlier than scheduled despite the fact that the company was handling numerous other ice damming and broken pipe emergencies. He explained the process, viewed the situation, and put my anxiety to rest with his kindness and gentle sense of humor. I signed an authorization for work, and within hours, floors were removed, dryers were in place, and the house was on the way to being put back together. Josh made it clear that there were a number of ways to move forward. They could do the damage mitigation only, OR, they could also be involved with restoring the property. There was no push to sell up or overreach. Three days later: the property is completely dried and cleaned, floors are removed, and Monday morning next week, new flooring install will begin. Dominic continued to remain in touch, and Josh has stayed close, insuring that we have been 100% satisfied at every step. What began as a very stressful situation was resolved seamlessly.
