Contacted them and showed a picture of the 2 bugs that were thought were bed bugs. They instantly informed us they were ticks that had likely dropped off our dog because of her flea treatment. We had gone on a walk in the woods the previous day. They could have come and done and inspection or pushed for an expensive treatment regimen, but they were very honest and saved us a ton of money (and the stress of forever worrying about a reinfestation). You cannot put too high a value on an honest business person who is willing to give up business because it is unnecessary.
