Lastly, when you call them you have to leave a message and they call back. Pretty painful experience of playing phone tag. He was not pushy in any way, but explained to us very realistically that because of the severity of our ant problem one treatment would not cover it. I found mouse droppings throughout my house, in the basement and on both floors and was very creeped out, especially in the kitchen. I called Hillcrest and Mike came out the next day and did an inspection and set up traps and bait boxes. We scheduled an appointment for him to come and check everything two weeks later. Almost immediately there were no more droppings on my kitchen counters. In less than a week I saw a dead mouse in one of the basement traps. I was too squeamish to wait another week for him to come out to remove the dead mouse and replace the trap, so I called and Mike came out the next morning. He removed the mouse, checked and replenished the bait boxes and traps. I am EXTREMELY grateful that he was so responsive and did not try to make me wait another week.
