Neni is delish! I'm so glad we ended up here for dinner. I'd put it in our list of ideas and wasn't sure we'd make it as we had so many ideas and bookings. I love Mediterranean food and this place just does it right! We ordered the mezze trio platter which is vegan and soooo tasty with their fresh pita. My friend ordered the Jerusalem plate and I had my fair share of it, the chicken and spices were so good I couldn't stop eating it. I could probably eat here everyday, given the chance. You'll be hard pressed to find a tastier meal in Wein. Going to Naschmarkt is nice but Neni is the highlight no doubt.

Such a cute location and restaurant. Excellent service. Amazing food and drinks. I highly recommend it. Here is the picture or the mesa I got. Cash only.

Chicken shawarma plate and falafel for din. Pita is cooked perfectly and not too dense.

Went for dinner and brunch the next day after. Evening: came after 2130 for dinner after a long day trip to hallstadt. We were def hungry, got seated right away, and ordered shortly after that. Pros: - deconstructed chicken shawarma dish is magnificent. The seasoning on the chicken is perfect and the vegetables in the dish are abundant, tender and goes well with the sauce - service was attentive - lots of outdoor patio seating, hardly ever a wait Notes: - opens later than market hours - falafel is nth fancy, keeping it legit - cash only

We tried the entire menu. Besides Sabich plate with falafel you get disappointed. The Sabich plate with fried eggplants, egg, hummus and falafel for 13€ is worth ordering. The rest can be skipped. The service is rude and not welcoming, but the food comes fast. It's worth a try :)

The place as such has a great vibe and the food was truly amazing and authentic. It's a pitty that the service was rather bad, slow and very far away from being customer-oriented.

What a perfect stop in the market for an afternoon meal or snack! This was some of the best hummus and pita I have ever had. My friend and I ordered the hummus trio which contained the original, beet and mango curry. All of which took me by surprise! So much flavor and paired so well with the hot fresh pitas. We also ordered the falafel and it was perfectly semi crispy and warm served with a sauce. The lemonade was delightfully refreshing and not too sweet. We had a great time here, and wish we had a similar place to this back home. They made us move tables just 5 minutes after seating us which was frustrating, so docking a star for that.

Located in the Naschmarkt this is an Israeli restaurant serving modern and classic Israeli food. One of the new trends in this part of the world is Israeli restaurants and I was told by a local Israeli friend in Munich about this place. We stopped here for brunch and it was ok. The menu is relatively small for brunch and I chose the Shakshuka for brunch which is eggs cooked in a rich tomato sauce. I also ordered a mint ice tea for drink which was nice. The Shakshuka arrived and the eggs were hard boiled which was a disappointment. This dish usually comes with runny eggs so that you can blend in that rich yolk with the rest and use pita bread for dipping. The flavour if the tomato base was nice. There is outdoor and indoor seating. On warm days you can sit outside and enjoy people watching. Prices are reasonable here and all in all it was an ok experience. The food did not blow me away but I am willing to give it another go.

If you want an amazing brunch and your are by the naschmarket this is your best option here! They have amazing Middle Eastern food, and they have this food tower for two that will be the best breakfast/brunch/lunch you will ever have. Sitting outside was very pleasant, the service was very good and seemed like they enjoyed working there, and food was amazing! High recommend if your in the area and want a good place to eat at!

Very popular, trendy middle eastern restaurant. CASH ONLY. Shared the trio dip appetizer, two chicken dishes, and chicken salad which were all delicious with huge portions. Pita bread was super soft and fluffy. Also ordered aperol spritz and a bottle of local white wine. Cute waiters!

One liter of the ice tea with mint. Very refreshing for a hot day.

The restaurant has English menus... just ask. Also they only take cash. The avocado toast was very tasty. The sourdough toast was moist and chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The avocado was flavorful and complimented the sourdough quite nicely. It was hot when we stopped by and we got a liter of the ice tea with mint. It was sweet and refreshing but not overly sweet. The hummus plate came with two pieces of pita. This meal was plenty for two people. Highly recommend this place if you are in the market area.

Jerusalem platter and sabich

Came by here for lunch while exploring the city. It has the most people in the market and had people waiting for tables. We got seated rather quickly. I ordered the Jerusalem teller and my dad ordered the sabich. Both dishes were made very well with their homemade hummus. There was plenty of hummus so I wouldn't order more as an appetizer. The sabich has some shaved green peppers if I'm correct and they were spicy! So if you're not a fan of spicy foods I'd tell them to take it out. I would come back here again to try their breakfast. I've heard that their shakshouka is the best thing in their menu. Their three different hummus platter and acai bowls sound good too

Jerusalem teller and shamshucka.
Nataly K.

Great place for humus. We had Jerusalem teller and shamshucka. Both taste wonderful. Pita bread is fresh and hot. Portions are big enough. I recommend you to make reservation. It's popular place. Also they have good breakfasts. They have really good tea, what is not common in Vienna. I would recommend to visit this place.

Neni's shakshuka is off the hook! It is spicy and comes with a little material basket of pitas to dip up the tomato sauce and egg goodness.

Cool place, great service, fresh food. Small portions, average food taste. Sort of pricey.

We went this past Saturday (one of the first real days of Spring), and it was very pleasant because there is lots of outdoor seating, and the indoor seating felt very open-air because all the windows were open. The atmosphere in general was great! The waitress was friendly and came quickly to take our drink orders and the drinks came quickly afterwards. But, then, she did not come back for a long time to take our food orders. We noticed many tables just enjoying drinks, so maybe she didn't think we wanted to order food. Either way, she should have checked back to make sure. However, once we did place our order, the food came quickly! Two of us ordered the falafel with hummus, and two of us ordered the grilled chicken with hummus. Each entree came with a huge piece of pita bread! Indeed, the hummus was delicious! We were all quite happy with our meals! I would definitely go back. For the falafel entree, a large radler, and tip, I paid 12 euros. For the chicken, a large beer, and tip, my friends paid 14 euros. They also had some cocktails that looked pretty good, but they were almost 8 euros, so we didn't get any.

The eggplant tasted to me like olives. The pita was fresh but somewhat chewy. I enjoyed a dessert that was a rectangular bar of semolina in honey or rosewater, topped with cashews and pistachios. I pointed to it in the dessert showcase near the front door. Elegant interior, tables spaced nicely. Near Stadtpark.
