Hampton Cleaners WILLINGLY made arrangements with me and my clothing was able to be picked up an hour before I had to head to the airport. He said he wasn't in the business to lose money and said to take our business elsewhere. This was the most unsettling and upsetting experience imaginable. We are also contacting the BBB.

The washer was $8.00 per wash and I paid an extra $0.25 for an extra rinse. The dryer was $4.50. These costs seemed high to me, but I don't regularly use the laundry mat and they may have been higher due to the high capacity selections I made. I waited in the building while my laundry was in progress. Only a couple of people came and went, and no one that worked there every came by. There was a vending area and a restroom as well. The cleanliness was better than several places I've been in, but some general pickup could have been done to make it better. I would return here again when I'm in need of the laundry mat for larger items, or if my home machines stop working.
