York was assigned our job, and he was amazing. When we explained the difficulty with the smell in the room needing immediate attention, he mentioned that he could add a deodorizer for a very reasonable price, so much so MT wife insisted we add deodorizer to all the rooms. I was amazed that they actually use different processes based on the material of the carpet - one that works best for each situation. When York was done everything came out better than we imagined, and it all smelled so fresh in addition to looking oh so clean. I highly recommend them.

The GOOD news is you moved it out for a reason. Try as you might, barefoot as you may be, your carpets still get dirty and require a little professional attention. Enter Qualls Chem-Dry. Extremely reasonable prices quoted by a very friendly attendant over the phone. She even notified me of some specials that they had running and offered me the best pricing they had. About 20 minutes after arranging the appointment I get a text message confirmation which adds a little piece of mind. The tech was actually early for my appointment which could be problematic if he hadn't called ahead and arranged to be early (nice touch). He was very professional, did a great job, and there was no "add on" or upsell. We did call an audible to have another large room cleaned and he was empowered to figure the pricing and complete it with no hassle. Definitely a recommend here. I'll start with Jeff, who handles the Yelp messages. He was very professional, communicated well,…read moreand was understanding when I reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, the actual service was disappointing. I spoke with the receptionist beforehand and went into detail about everything I needed done. I was quoted the $189 special and knew stairs would cost extra, but once they arrived, there were additional charges for landings, walk-in closets, and other things I wasn't expecting. What I thought would be a reasonable increase ended up costing me about $300-$400 more than anticipated. My advice is to ask about every possible charge beforehand and get a firm price. The basement came out good, but the master bedroom closets left a lot to be desired. The stairs also ended up with a green discoloration afterward that I had to remove myself. To make matters worse, their van leaked oil in my driveway and on the street. I contacted Jeff and thought someone would come out to clean it. Instead, the same van returned and left another oil spot on the street. I now have two oil stains in the street and one in my driveway. My biggest advice: do not let their vehicle park in your driveway, and get a detailed price upfront that includes closets, landings, stairs, and anything else you want cleaned. Jeff was great to deal with, but based on the overall experience, I personally wouldn't recommend the company.
