On April 4, 2026 I had the delightful experience of having my carpets cleaned by "A Fresh Look"…read moreCarpet Cleaning. Colton and Larry came out to assess a dark stain on my light tan carpet. I had an other carpet company try to get the stain out and they said they would try but could not get the stain out. I thought the stain was pet urine and maybe some oil tracked in. I even went to the carpet provider to see if the warrantee would help with replacing the carpet. I was fortunate to talk with Diane Dickeson at ProSource and she helped me narrow down my options. She recommended Larry Glispy at A Fresh Look. He's amazing! He and Colton came out and immediately said that they could get the stain out. They were expert in seeing that the stain was probably caused by some asphalt that was tracked in when the city did a resurfacing project on my street. I couldn't keep track of the magic solutions that they used but the stain is GONE!!!! My carpet looks great! I will be a life long customer of A Fresh Look carpets and highly recommend them! Thanks Larry and Colton!!!

Always gets out stains and traffic pattern dirt and dries so quickly. It's barely damp when finished. I was so tired of other carpet cleaners subpar work leaving stains behind and wet carpet that takes forever to dry. They do an excellent job at tile and grout cleaning. As a clean person, it's almost embarrassing to see the dirty water extracted. No doubt the best cleaner I have ever hired! Tammy C.

We selected Scott's based upon a number of very positive Yelp reviews...and their availability to…read morecome do our upstairs carpets and stairs leading to our basement. Randy arrived on time on 18 APR and proceeded to get to work on our carpets. And yes, we vacuumed the entire house before his arrival with our 35-year-old Kirby upright vacuum. We had him focus on the high-traffic areas of two bedrooms and one office as well as a main hallway, entrance-way, living room, family room, and the stairs to the basement. He pretreated the entire carpet with a spray and then got to work. He brought out what he called the "heavy artillery" as our carpet hasn't been cleaned really well since well before the passing of our senior Italian Greyhounds several years ago. The heavy artillery was an electric-powered rotary steam scrubber. Think of a small floor polisher with steam and vacuum! That did the trick, and after finishing, he gave the carpet a good rake to lift the pile. Note that this heavy artillery is NOT gentle to the pile, but it does clean well! Oh, and he arrived with what seemed like a brand new van and a gasoline-engine-powered steam pressure generator. It looked factory fresh! Randy took care of the stairs by hand using an attachment and took his time getting it done right. Also, this rotary scrubber leaves a more than expected amount of water in the carpet...necessitating open windows for several days to properly dry the clean carpet. Word to the wise. All in all, Five Stars for great service, a technician who really knows his stuff, was pleasant to chat with, and did all this for us for $375. We're very pleased, and we'll have Scott's back again someday--and not wait as long.

We hired them to do a post-move cleaning of our basement apartment and unfortunately were very…read moredisappointed with the result. There were several places where it was clear they hadn't thoroughly swept, including behind the refrigerator, behind the kitchen bar, and even behind a mirror that was simply leaning against the wall. The floors also had visible marks and stains left on them that we were able to clean up ourselves without much difficulty. I had specifically asked for the walls to be washed as part of the cleaning, and based on their condition afterward, I don't believe that was done. We also paid extra to have the stairway cleaned, but there were still stains on the stairs that we ended up removing ourselves. I considered reaching out and asking them to come back, but after seeing how much had been missed, I didn't feel confident that having them return would solve the problem. In the end, we cleaned all of the floors and walls again ourselves. Unfortunately, I just don't feel like the quality of the cleaning matched what we paid for.

I'll start with Jeff, who handles the Yelp messages. He was very professional, communicated well,…read moreand was understanding when I reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, the actual service was disappointing. I spoke with the receptionist beforehand and went into detail about everything I needed done. I was quoted the $189 special and knew stairs would cost extra, but once they arrived, there were additional charges for landings, walk-in closets, and other things I wasn't expecting. What I thought would be a reasonable increase ended up costing me about $300-$400 more than anticipated. My advice is to ask about every possible charge beforehand and get a firm price. The basement came out good, but the master bedroom closets left a lot to be desired. The stairs also ended up with a green discoloration afterward that I had to remove myself. To make matters worse, their van leaked oil in my driveway and on the street. I contacted Jeff and thought someone would come out to clean it. Instead, the same van returned and left another oil spot on the street. I now have two oil stains in the street and one in my driveway. My biggest advice: do not let their vehicle park in your driveway, and get a detailed price upfront that includes closets, landings, stairs, and anything else you want cleaned. Jeff was great to deal with, but based on the overall experience, I personally wouldn't recommend the company.
