I have been a Zerorez customer for 8 years and have always been satisfied until yesterday. The tech seemed pleasant and professional except that he was very involved with his phone. He was slow starting because he was so enamored with his game. He went to the bedrooms that needed cleaned and started working. When I went to check on him I found him sitting in the hall playing his game and leaving the machinery running to camouflage his activity. The carpets are not clean he didn't even open the closet doors to do that area. I'm very disappointed with this service and wondering what to do about by dirty carpet read more

I am very pleased to have had Zerorez clean our carpet yesterday. Daniel Hansen called to give me notice if his arrival time. He was on time. Daniel was polite, thorough & neat. He was an excallent representative for Zerorez. Thanks Daniel Jay ALexander read more

Had a fantastic experience with Zerorez! Daniel was prompt, professional, and super knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to get rid of a stubborn urine smell that I thought would never come out. The carpets look and smell fresh -- and no harsh chemical scent either! Highly recommend Zerorez, and definitely ask for Daniel if you can. read more

Very impressed with the quality of service we received from ZeroRez. My home smells and looks so much better with actually clean carpets! Last year we hired a different company and I can already tell this was more effective. I also love that the carpets don't feel soaked when they leave. Thanks so much!! read more

Scheduled my appointment online which was very convenient and easy. There were lots of timeframes to pick from so I picked first thing in the morning on a Wednesday (8-10am window). First, I appreciate a two-hour window. It's a lot more manageable than other service folks that do a 4 or even 5 hour window. I received a call from my technician a few minutes before 8 letting me know he'd be there in ~15 minutes. This was great! First appointment meant I could get into work sooner than I expected. First we walked around to review the areas I wanted cleaned and to point out any stains or pet issues to address. Then I read while he got to work. Everything was done in around an hour (two rooms and a staircase). He said the two stains I was concerned about came out easily. The pricing was as expected during my online quote. I would definitely recommend this company and would have them back in the future if needed. read more

First time using Zerorez. I had heard their ads on the radio some time ago and called and asked about specials. I was quoted $25 per room (up to 200 sf) and $75 for up to 13 stairs. Was given an appointment for 2 days later 8:00 am to 10:00am. On the appointed day received a call from Tony at 7:45 am confirming he would be there in 15 minutes. Tony was great. Showed him the carpeted areas, he asked the right questions and went to work. Was done in less than an hour. Very good experience. read more

We had heard great things about Zerorez and decided to call because we had a new puppy that was having a hard time with potty training and had left some stains in 2 rooms. It was the holidays and our regular cleaner was booked. So I called Zerorez and explained, in detail our situation. I was told 'no problem, we have a special solution for that.' And they booked me an appointment for two days out. The technician Trevor was wonderful, he came and cleaned the carpets and used the special solution ($50 additional per room - not quoted on the phone), and told us we may have some crystallization - but that would come up with a dry vacuum. The next morning, all the stains were still there (including high traffic dirt), and our entire home (5,100 sq ft) reeked of urine. There was no smell before the cleaning, just 2-3 spots. My husband called to schedule another appt. In all fairness, Zerorez offered to come back at no cost to resolve the issue. Again, Trevor was wonderful and offered us a saturation option to really get all the stains out (extra $44 per spot). And again, once the carpet dried the stains were still there - now twice the size and my home smells like a toilet. I have now scheduled an appointment with TruRinse and will pay more to get my carpets actually clean. I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone. The pricing is misleading, and the cleaning is worthless. Pay more and use TruRinse - they are amazing! read more

I am bummed to be doing this, but as a consumer I think its important. The carpet cleaning was fine. My banister corners were not. Their hoses just shredded my posts. Their van also left a huge oil leak in my driveway. I called to inform them, and they told me the manager would call. He unfortunately never did. read more

I tried Zerorez a few years ago and I was not happy with the technician. I finally decided to try them again and I'm so glad I did. Trevor was great -- professional, friendly, helpful, and my carpets look great. I will definitely be using them again! read more

I have used Zerorez for years and they have been great, especially their customer service. This time it was a disaster! I scheduled to have two apartments cleaned. The technician showed up and said he had some concerns about a couple of the carpet stains. I told him the carpets are old and I just wanted them freshened up, I was not worried if the stains did not come up. He told me he had to call his boss. He then told me they were not going to be able to clean the carpets because of the stains. I told him I could sign something saying I would not hold them responsible if the stains did not come up. He then said the carpet was not vacuumed well enough. I told him to start in the other apartment and I would re-vacuum it. He then said no the carpets are too old to clean. I told him they had just cleaned them last year and they were fine. He then said he had other appointments and I needed to call his boss. The technician was only there for ten minutes. He wouldn't even wait for me to call, he just left. It made me thing he was running behind so he wasn't going to bother with me. I called and the boss was not available but I was promised a call as soon as he returned. Four days later and still no call. I took a day off work along with one of my tenants for this appointment. Don't understand how their customer service could drop off so drastically. I will have to look for a new company. read more

These guys are amazing. I just brought my daughter home who had a bone marrow transplant. I was so worried that it wouldn't dry fast enough or that there were going to be chemicals. They reassured me and made this transition so much easier. Thank you so much. read more

Parker was very nice, very professional and I was pleased that the smell in the carpet downstairs in my mom's apartment was greatly diminished by the cleaning plus biologic agent treatment. read more

I got my carpets cleaned by this business in December 2015. They were very professional and fast. I like that they do use chemicals to clean the carpets, and they are really well priced. I needed my carpets cleaned before company came for the holidays and they fit me in even though I gave them a short window of my availability. read more

I had to have my stairs cleaned after my husband got grease spots on them when he cleaned my stair lift. They had been cleaned by a different company in Nov. and I wasn't all that pleased with that job. Pierce did a fantastic job! He found a lot of soap in the carpet that had been left by that "other" company, so he had to work extra hard to get that out. Consequently, it took the stairs two days to dry, but once they were dry they looked terrific! read more

Our technician, Pierce Scribner, was very polite, prompt and very willing to explain the process and answer any questions I had about the cleaning process. He did an excellent job! Our carpets look amazing! read more

I read lots of glowing reviews before booking zerorez so I was very excited for them to come. The sad part is I really couldn't tell if the carpets even looked cleaner after they were done. I also had my couches cleaned and I'm positive that they don't look any better. They asked me if I was satisfied when they left but the cushions were in a pile off the couch so they could dry, and the carpets were still wet so you can't really tell until later. It's been about 2 months since they came and I'm only now writing this review because we rented a $50 carpet cleaning machine from Home Depot for the basement (we only had zerorez clean the main level) and I swear the results were so much better! I brought it upstairs and re-did what zerorez did. The guy was very nice and professional but I almost wonder if something went wrong and things weren't working correctly. I wish I could say that zerorez was my new go-to company but it's not. read more

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. We just bought our house it was vacant for two years and the previous owners where just slobs, the carpets where just nasty, so I thought I would give Zerorez a try. My wife and I are so impressed with how great they turned out, The carpets look brand new! I tell everyone I talk to how great of a job they did, and I will defiantly be using them in the future. Zerorez has a customer for life with my family. read more
