EDIT: Due to the dealers response, changing the review to a positive one so that it doesn't negatively affect their ratings. Glad to see that they are attentive and responsive to reviews. I was upfront about everything and never tried to hide my intentions. I even planned to come back the next day to finish the paperwork once financing was squared away. But as soon as I said I wouldn't be signing that night without the confirmed rate, the tone shifted. I was pressured in front of the entire team, questioned on whether I had talked to other dealers, and even had a sarcastic offer of a $500 check if the rate wasn't what they insisted it would be--right in front of everyone. It stopped feeling like a professional transaction and started feeling like an ego contest. After I left, I received multiple texts that became increasingly guilt-trippy and unprofessional--accusing me of backing out, being dishonest, and placing blame over a "40-cent monthly difference." The reality is, I walked because of how I was treated, not the rate or the money. Everyone has the right to pause and confirm financing on a major purchase. If a dealership can't respect that, it says everything. I ended up finding a better experience elsewhere--no pressure, no theatrics, just transparency and respect.

The entire staff and buying experience was incredible and is now my favorite dealership. I've been riding and buying Harley's for almost 60 years and have never been treated better. If you're looking to purchase a Harley I would definitely suggest going here!

I used to recommend this place to everyone I know. Unfortunately, after my last visit, that's over. While I was there, one of the employees -- I didn't catch his name, but he has a Harley logo with wings tattooed on his hand and a tattoo on the side of his head -- made extremely inappropriate and racially offensive comments right in front of me. I was stunned. If an employee feels comfortable saying something like that in front of a customer, I can only imagine what's being said when customers aren't around. That's not just unprofessional -- it's unacceptable. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but after this, I can't continue supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior to happen on the floor. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately, because situations like this damage customer trust and the store's reputation.

I got a call back a day later they said we found the key come on down . We are ready to purchase the day we were in there . Explained that I was disappointed in the debacle about the key . I even requested an apology and got nothing. I will not be doing business with this dealership in the future.

We…read moreoriginally went to Young's Powersports XL and were working with them for 2 weeks but the numbers kept changing and they couldn't give a satisfying and logical explanation for why that was- one day the MSRP is this, the next it's that. Also the freight/dealership fees would fluctuate from one write up to the next. It was really annoying and I basically didn't even want the bikes anymore. Aside from this, they (Young's) had a week to track down one bike in particular; a KLX300 dual sport. They didn't. On the day we came in to purchase they clearly had JUST asked a sister dealership about the 300. Well guess what? The 300 sold. This led hubby to finding Karl Malone. They had a 300 they needed to build. We had them build it, got the pricing solidified and picked it up a couple of days later. It was so easy working with them we began to wonder if they had the rest of the bikes we wanted. So when we went to pick up the 300, we asked about the other bikes and discovered they had everything but the KLX230S. It took us less than 2 hours to make a deal on 4 bikes!! They were straight forward with the negotiations and our sales guy, Scott, was great to work with. He was responsive and straightforward- 2 qualities we value and appreciate. Regretfully, I did end up buying the 230S from Young's because we didn't want to wait for that bike. But the other 5 bikes we got from Karl Malone- and I only wish we'd found them sooner. It would've saved us from the headaches, frustration and mind games Young's plays.
