Businesses can sometimes grow out of the phase of being a home town business, but PC Handyman services not only has a strong team, solid equipment, great service (I mean stellar) but they also care about their community even at their size. They also seem competitive in rates but I know every situation is different and costs vary. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg. We are going to pay for the future service but the fact that they sent someone even though they don't know us meant so much. It was such a generous and act of goodwill I'll never forget. NEVER

One of the windows was special so it took a bit of time, but one of the owners, Thomas, called me on a regular basis and gave me updates. Once the glass was in, the other owner, Matt, and his team came out and worked their magic. They immediately got to work, changed 2 of the windows before I even noticed. The 3rd window had an old aluminum frame which ended up causing some unforeseen issues, but Matt was able to pull some strings and get a vinyl replacement that same day and drop it in. I was shocked he was able to do that and thought for sure I'd have plywood over a window for a week while the replacement was made, but nope, the whole team worked hard and got it done. They were all very courteous, polite, and professional. Amazing team and I would not think of hiring anyone else but them in the future. Thanks guys!

Oxcraft has gotten back to me in a timely and professional manner. There is a huge amount of building being done quickly in Heber. I feel that many vendors have so much work opportunity that they don't care about their quality of work, schedule out far, and don't finish the job or do it properly. Oxcraft is the opposite. They've even finished jobs that the builder messed up on or the movers and electricians didn't finish up or do correctly. Mark is skillful and precise, and a kind easy guy to work with. Picking the right custom framer was critical to ensuring both that the piece was displayed to its full potential and that it wouldn't suffer further damage. Bri at Park City Frame delivered on both counts. I reviewed her portfolio online and knew I couldn't take my canvas anywhere else. She's not just a professional -- she has an incredible eye for design and color. She's direct and honest with her advice for someone who has a love for art, wants to get the most out of the piece and the frame, and needs that input to achieve a truly spectacular effect. The finished product blew me away in bringing out the details that made me fall in love with the artwork in the first place. I'm the kind of person who only invites art into my home when I want to live with it for the rest of my life (I don't do a lot of redecorating), so it was important to me to go through the process with someone who loved art even more than I do. Bri is that person and Park City Frame is that business. If you're framing fine art and the result matters? This is the only framer getting my business. I can't recommend her work enough!
