We loaded our Razor onto a trailer, drove 1 hour and 30 minutes, and even received a call confirming we were on our way. After arriving and sitting down, we were told the machine we were trading for was not even there. That is unacceptable!!!! You knew we were coming. We live over an hour away. Loading and hauling a Razor is not a small task. We rearranged family plans and missed events because we were prepared to move forward. This was a complete waste of our time and a serious failure in communication and customer service. We will not be returning. Absolutely lost our business. I was pressured in front of the entire team, questioned on whether I had talked to other dealers, and even had a sarcastic offer of a $500 check if the rate wasn't what they insisted it would be--right in front of everyone. It stopped feeling like a professional transaction and started feeling like an ego contest. After I left, I received multiple texts that became increasingly guilt-trippy and unprofessional--accusing me of backing out, being dishonest, and placing blame over a "40-cent monthly difference." The reality is, I walked because of how I was treated, not the rate or the money. Everyone has the right to pause and confirm financing on a major purchase. If a dealership can't respect that, it says everything. I ended up finding a better experience elsewhere--no pressure, no theatrics, just transparency and respect.

I used to recommend this place to everyone I know. Unfortunately, after my last visit, that's over. While I was there, one of the employees -- I didn't catch his name, but he has a Harley logo with wings tattooed on his hand and a tattoo on the side of his head -- made extremely inappropriate and racially offensive comments right in front of me. I was stunned. If an employee feels comfortable saying something like that in front of a customer, I can only imagine what's being said when customers aren't around. That's not just unprofessional -- it's unacceptable. I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years, but after this, I can't continue supporting a business that allows this kind of behavior to happen on the floor. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses it immediately, because situations like this damage customer trust and the store's reputation.

Had my Can Am serviced got home and noticed it had not been greased any where, you can tell because the fittings were still covered with dust. I called and was told that I did not request to have it greased and it was an additional service. The drops of oil show that was changed but I don't know if any of the other fluids were checked, like coolant or gear oil so I may have to take it somewhere else to ensure it's in the best operating condition possible. 8-12-2021 Up Date- I received a call from Derek one of the managers. He asked me to explain what happened and what the issues were. He was very professional and offered to come pick my machine up correct the issue and deliver it back to me.
