I had a rental property that was poorly managed and was being up-charged for repairs due to the negligence of the property manager. I reached out to Bruce to help me assess the situation - whether I should pay for the fee, whether to move to another property manager or sell the property. Bruce recommended selling and helped me market and sell in a short amount of time. He and his team were efficient and demonstrated a high level of integrity throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team and will use their service again in the Atlanta area.

Keefe D. McSweeney, the President of Partners Management should not be allowed to operate a…read morebusiness. The builder selected this seedy management company so that's how we ended up with them. Partners Management does not deserve any stars, but Google doesn't give that option. Keefe's "management", well lack thereof depleted our HOA account funds leaving the management of our community in dire straits. I am a member of the board and had been asking for financials repeatedly to no avail. This is not my first time serving on a HOA board, and I am accustomed to management companies sending the yearly budget status to all homeowners once a year. This never happened with Partners Management. After myself and another board member repeatedly asked for financial information, we were finally granted it end of July/early August. A portal login was created, which should have been done from the beginning of the homeowners taking over as board of directors. At this point, our HOA funds were still in the positive. But I saw that Partners management was taking over HALF of our HOA contributions. So at that point, we decided to sever ties with Partners Management. Because not only were we not receiving financials from the company, communication has been consistently subpar and Keefe acts like he doesn't have time to be bothered when you finally do get him on the phone, even though we were paying him the majority of our budget to manage our community, and there was no transparency or organization/onboarding regarding transferring ownership of the board of directors. He suddenly reaches out to the board President, which he had never initiated any communication prior, we always had to reach out to him, and says the account is in trouble and we will need a special assessment to keep the budget operable. As I stated, the budget was positive, had a few thousand dollars in it on the last monthly statement in the portal. Allegedly, the landscaping company was under invoicing for 7/8 months and now all of a sudden, there's a huge balance owed to them. Mind you, the landscaping company was getting paid every month and the amounts were consistent. So either they suddenly had a big rate increase or there is some dishonesty/mismanagement going on. We told Keefe that we were no longer going to continue business with him and he stated he would send us the remaining funds. The check was around $150. How our balance went from $3000ish to $150 in just a short time is very suspect. If the landscaping company was charging double what was actually being invoiced, we should have been notified and given the opportunity to get bids from other companies. The job they were doing was very minimal anyway and the area of lawn maintenance isn't big, so they shouldn't have been charging any more than we were being invoiced. Again, no communication was initiated from Partners management until this point. The ending budget from last year was in the positive, and expenses are pretty consistent, so this year should have been no different, so how are we out of money and several months are still left in the year? If the landscaping company raised their fees, we should have been notified and given the option to discontinue services with them because he knew what our budget was and would be able to sustain. So now we are left to pick up the pieces from his poor management. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and if you are being managed by them, look elsewhere.

As a licensed real estate agent, this was one of the most disappointing and unethical experiences I've had working with another real estate company. I had an exclusive tenant brokerage agreement with my client and reached out to Promove to help locate available apartment options. I initially spoke with Oleg Konstantinovsky, who told me he would provide a list of available properties and schedule the tours. He repeatedly assured me that I was protected as the client's agent, that I did not need to attend the tours in person, and that Promove had employees who conducted the showings. Most importantly, he repeatedly assured me that I would be paid. At no point did Oleg clearly explain how Promove's process actually worked. He never disclosed that: Promove would be paid directly by the apartment community. I needed a referral agreement with Promove. My compensation depended on additional requirements that had never been communicated to me. According to Promove, I needed to personally show the property in order to receive compensation. After my client paid the deposit, Oleg actually called me asking why Promove--instead of me--was listed to receive the referral payment. That immediately raised concerns. I then contacted the apartment leasing office directly and was told that because Promove had contacted them first regarding my client, the referral payment would go to Promove--not to me as my client's agent. When I confronted Oleg, he claimed the reason was that he had a listing agreement with the apartment community. I verified this directly with the leasing office, and they told me that was not true. I also spoke with Promove manager David Haynes to understand why none of this had been explained upfront. Rather than answering my questions, he cowardly kept repeatedly responding with, "That's been our policy for 30 years." He never addressed why the process had not been disclosed before my client moved forward. In the end, Promove collected approximately $2,000 after doing little more than emailing to schedule a tour, while I--the agent representing the client under an exclusive agreement--was completely cut out of the compensation because of information that was never disclosed from the beginning. Even my client described the situation as unethical and was extremely unhappy with how everything was handled. My issue is not that companies have policies. My issue is with the complete lack of transparency. If Promove had honestly explained the process from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision and protected both my client and my business. Instead, I was repeatedly reassured that everything was fine, only to discover after the lease was signed that I had effectively been replaced in the transaction. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Promove to other real estate agents. I would strongly encourage any agent considering working with them to avoid working with Promove at all costs. If you do reach out to Promove simply to get a list of available apartments, DO NOT allow Promove to schedule any appointments on your behalf. You call the apartment complex yourself, register your name as the agent, schedule a tour, and show up with your client to the tour. Not sure how either one of these guys sleeps at night knowing they're literally living in a web of lying, manipulating, and stealing from people.
