Unfortunately, It was delivered with silver or white (animal?)hair on it, wrinkled and showed signs of being worn by someone else, ugh! I had only read about these kind of reviews on Amazon where this happened, well it happened to me. The gala event was the next day, Saturday began at 5pm. Trying to use a roller brush to remove the hair and steam the gown, this was not working!! Panic kicked in! I called Ablitt's Fine Cleaners at 11am on a Saturday and spoke with Miguel, the general manager. Miguel said, "bring the gown in within an hour and I'll see what I can do. After handing gown over to Miguel at 12pm, I recieved a phone call from Miguel at 2pm, " the gown is ready!! Yay!! It looked flawless!! Thank you, Miguel!! You saved my life! And I recieved so many compliments on the gown! P.S. I have used Abblitt's on may occasions. One of those times, I brought my long coat in to be dry cleaned. It was missing a button when I dropped it off. When I picked it up about a week later, no one at Ablitt's said anything, but when I removed the plastic cover and hung my coat up, I noticed my coat had all of it's buttons. First off, I love that Kim's Tailoring is open until 7 pm and you can bring in a pair of pants for…read morehemming after work. Usually, you're rushing to get to the tailor early in the morning and this feels so much more humane. First, you go into the little dressing room that's plopped into the front of the shop and Kim pulls out a 2x2 boxed step in front of a mirror. You step up and Kim pins your pants. You approve the length as you watch in the mirror and then change out of the pants. At the counter, she asks when you want the pants... I picked 2 days later and it was no problem. Two days and $20 later, I swung by again just before 7 and left with the hemmed pants. Kim's is super convenient for me. She's also a fine seamstress, having done a wonderful job on a tricky hem that has a zipper down the outside of each leg. She had a clever solution that cut the zippers (in order to hem the pants) but retained the integrity of the zippers. I took away one star because the little dressing room's floor is always filthy with fibers, hair, clothes tags, and loose straight pins. Be careful not to step on a straight pin when you're in your stocking feet changing pants.
