Fast forward 3 years, Dr Kaplan performed ORIF/fusion on me, all went great, very minimal pain thankfully due to their system and nerve block that lasted 3 days after surgery. 12 weeks post op now, just transitioned slowly back into athletic shoes after 8 weeks hard cast, 4 weeks walking boot.
