    About a year ago, I began dealing with some pretty bad scar tissue in my upper trap/ shoulder area. The scar tissue there got so bad that it began pulling my neck and cranial muscles ontop of my head back. My neck and shoulders always felt so tight. I went to about 15 different massage therapists, maybe even more, spent at least $2500-$3000 on massages. Jaycee gave me the most relief out of all of them. It was relief that I felt immediately after they massage was over, I didn't feel the pulling as intensely as I used to. In my opinion, Jaycee really knows what he's talking about and doing. The massages hurt, but anyone who's gotten deep tissue/sports massages before knows that in order to feel better you have to through a little bit of pain. Aside from that, Jaycee is a really cool dude who really cares about whether you feel better or not. The prices are really good compared to most places. Most places charge more for less massage time.

    I've been in pain for years in my upper trap/neck/shoulder area, mostly on my left side. I am a surgical assistant and I am on my feet all day leaning more towards my left side. Basically the pain can radiate from my neck all the way down my hip. I've been to a chiropractor, massage therapist. I've even done acupuncture. I've done it all. I started a new gym (hardcore fitness), and I had seen the owner going to Jaycee. It looked really painful but I kept seeing him go to him time and time again. So I tried it. And let me tell you after 3 sessions. I'm loving the mobility and range of motion that I have accomplished so far. Just so hard to explain but the pictures show it for themselves.

    Ya'll. Solplex is my life saver. Before coming in for therapy, my quads were stiff to the point where I couldn't even sit at my desk without feeling pain. I couldn't cross my legs because any slight touch to my legs would make me cringe. I was having trouble performing in the gym as my muscles were so tight. After just ONE session with Jaycee at Solplex, I could finally push heavier weights and walk comfortably without pain. Jaycee worked on my quad muscles and my shoulders. Before today, I was never able to touch my toes!!!! And look at me now! The proof is in the pudding folks. Ya'll need better mobility. Come visit Solplex. If you're having problems with muscle soreness, are limited in mobility, your body needs recovery!!! You will walk out feeling better than ever!

    Jaycee is miracle worker! After just one visit I felt and saw awesome results!     Jaycee really knows his material. I was going through the academy and I had bad shin splints. I went to see him and after one session, he made the shin splits go away! One session! He knows all the muscles involved in whatever area you're hurting in and will give you some free advice on how to work on it at home, if the pain somehow comes back. Highly recommend him!

He set me up with Braedon Evans, and I am so glad he did! Unlike my previous trainers, Braedon has actually had an education for training, as well as rehabilitation. I was dealing with knee pain before starting the program and it's been improving with these work outs. He is really good at adjusting the workout if I'm having any pain or issues. I've have also trained with Stefan and Jacob (Irvine) and they were awesome as well. The results have been coming quick, just after a few weeks I lost 5 lbs of fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle. I've worked with trainers at corporate gyms in the past and I feel like they just wrecked my body. Everyone here is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Even some of the other members greet you when you come in. The best trainer I've ever worked with. On a plus side you are set up with an app that helps you track your meals, nutrition, and results. This is a god send to help reach your goals. The price for what you get is reasonable, and the best investment is an investment in your healthy and wellbeing. I had gone to physical therapy, but doing the same repetitive muscle strengthening exercises became boring and I soon lost motivation to commit to my physical therapy 'homework'. With running out of the question, my lack of cardio exercise had a negative impact on my mental health. When my ankle was feeling better months later, I pushed myself too hard on a long distance hike, seriously irritating the injury. I was so frustrated. I was limping at work again. This year, I decided to take my injury seriously and to start strengthening my ankle. I went through a few personal trainers and immediately, Glayol stood out. Training with her feels like physical therapy on steroids. In our sessions, she uses her knowledge of sports medical rehabilitation and physical therapy to create a personalized program that is focused on injury prevention. She constantly evolves the cohesive program, increasing the intensity and changing up the exercises, so every session and every week is new and challenging while still working on developing targeted muscle groups. Glayol also knows how to push you beyond what you think are your limits. When the going gets tough, Glayol knows that "you've got 10 more reps in you!" Beyond her endless qualifications, Glayol personally cares about her clients. She goes out of her way to check in and see how you're doing. Glayol keeps me constantly motivated, something I hadn't felt in my physical therapy experience. In the past, I was daunted by the machines--sure, there's diagrams and instructions on the side, but I never knew if I had the right form. Was I arching my back? Was I over-extending? Was I engaging a muscle I shouldn't be? What's a good weight for me? How many repetitions should I do? I had so many questions and I felt overwhelmed. All I wanted to do was get out of the gym and go on a run. Glayol took all the guesswork and intimidation out of the gym. With her diligent work on my personalized program, I walk into the gym with confidence, knowing exactly what machines and equipment I need and how many sets and reps to complete. I know what muscles I'm targeting and what the right form is. Most importantly, I know I'm strengthening the muscles around my ankle and I'm healing my injury while still receiving a full-body workout that gets my heart rate up. I think more importantly, Nate cares about your fitness journey and is personally invested to see you succeed. He keeps it fun and sustainable. I have only done lagaree once before and it was Years ago with YELP so safe to say I am a newbie and clueless in form. Lauren was nice enough but it was a standard class so I felt I had to ask a lot of questions and get clarification. I did ask her after why there are no beginner or intro classes as it would definitely be more beneficial for attendees and instructors. Oh well, not an option. I did like it enough so bought 3 classes for $65. Did not authorize any other charges and had no idea they kept my card on file. I booked a class and life happened and I couldn't show. I just thought, oh lost the class, oh well, but nope got charged a $20 no show fee as well. The only thing that was explained at purchase was the classes would expire in 30 days no otherwise information about no show or late fee. Anyways never attended the 3 classes I bought either, wamp wamp.
