    About a year ago, I began dealing with some pretty bad scar tissue in my upper trap/ shoulder area. The scar tissue there got so bad that it began pulling my neck and cranial muscles ontop of my head back. My neck and shoulders always felt so tight. I went to about 15 different massage therapists, maybe even more, spent at least $2500-$3000 on massages. Jaycee gave me the most relief out of all of them. It was relief that I felt immediately after they massage was over, I didn't feel the pulling as intensely as I used to. In my opinion, Jaycee really knows what he's talking about and doing. The massages hurt, but anyone who's gotten deep tissue/sports massages before knows that in order to feel better you have to through a little bit of pain. Aside from that, Jaycee is a really cool dude who really cares about whether you feel better or not. The prices are really good compared to most places. Most places charge more for less massage time.

    I've been in pain for years in my upper trap/neck/shoulder area, mostly on my left side. I am a surgical assistant and I am on my feet all day leaning more towards my left side. Basically the pain can radiate from my neck all the way down my hip. I've been to a chiropractor, massage therapist. I've even done acupuncture. I've done it all. I started a new gym (hardcore fitness), and I had seen the owner going to Jaycee. It looked really painful but I kept seeing him go to him time and time again. So I tried it. And let me tell you after 3 sessions. I'm loving the mobility and range of motion that I have accomplished so far. Just so hard to explain but the pictures show it for themselves.

    Ya'll. Solplex is my life saver. Before coming in for therapy, my quads were stiff to the point where I couldn't even sit at my desk without feeling pain. I couldn't cross my legs because any slight touch to my legs would make me cringe. I was having trouble performing in the gym as my muscles were so tight. After just ONE session with Jaycee at Solplex, I could finally push heavier weights and walk comfortably without pain. Jaycee worked on my quad muscles and my shoulders. Before today, I was never able to touch my toes!!!! And look at me now! The proof is in the pudding folks. Ya'll need better mobility. Come visit Solplex. If you're having problems with muscle soreness, are limited in mobility, your body needs recovery!!! You will walk out feeling better than ever!

    Jaycee is miracle worker! After just one visit I felt and saw awesome results! I'm a jiujitsu athlete that have constant aches , pains and muscle stiffness ... you name it but he was able to work thru all my kinks and make my body feel amazing !     Jaycee really knows his material. I was going through the academy and I had bad shin splints. I went to see him and after one session, he made the shin splits go away! One session! He knows all the muscles involved in whatever area you're hurting in and will give you some free advice on how to work on it at home, if the pain somehow comes back. Highly recommend him!

The combination of in-person accountability, tracking my workouts and food in the app, and Dom's constant encouragement (yes, even texting me on weekends to remind me to stay on track!) has made all the difference. In about 5 months, I've lost 20 pounds and gained back muscle I'd been missing for years. As I get closer to 40, it was really important for me to rebuild strength for long-term health -- and Dom has helped me do exactly that. I found Coach Nate on Yelp, read through his reviews, and decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did! Nate does an awesome job of teaching you how to do an exercise no matter what your starting point is. He's very patient, constantly checking in with you and asking you questions to make sure you feel comfortable with what you're doing. He pushes you to your limit, but makes sure you have all the support you need to get past it. By the end of my 3 months, I felt comfortable and confident enough to do the workouts on my own. I knew what I was doing, I knew how to correct my form, and I knew just how much I could push myself without losing my form. Nate also helped me create a meal plan that worked with my lifestyle and met my protein goals. I remember at one point I felt like I was not making any progress until Nate started asking me questions about my diet and cooking. We both quickly realized my mistake (using way too much oil when cooking), we fixed it, and we very quickly starting seeing results again! I was able to lose 5% body fat and gain about 7 lbs of muscle within 3 months of working with Nate. I don't think I'd ever be able to accomplish that if it wasn't for his mentoring and constant support! I highly recommend you work with him, you won't be disappointed!
