They recommended I bring it to Sullivan Tire for an alignment. None of the other shops had suggested an alignment, so I figured at this point what did I have to lose. From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. Paulo, the manager, responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. He was professional, kind, and attentive. The owner told us upfront what the cost would be but said he would look at it and let us know...the next day he got back to us and told us the only thing we needed was a $24 part, which he had already replaced. He could have easily just done the transmission job and we would never had known the difference. We had originally taken this to our dealership and they told us there was a 2-3 week wait for the car to even be looked at and it would cost $300 just for them to look at it. I wish this place was a full auto service shop as I would bring all of our cars here for service. If you need transmission work this is the place to go!
