I came here for my friend's birthday and had a great time. They were able to accommodate a table for a party of 13 without warning. I did try to make a reservation before hand but due to the party size I was unable to make it online and there was no answer when I called. I love how the whole party does not need to be present for us to be seated. Once seated, the waitress came and took our order. We asked her if it was possible to individually split our bill but she indicated she was unable to do that for a party larger than 6 but was going to ask anyways. I think she forgot to ask because she just brought one bill. Thankfully, we were able to pay with no issues. As to the food and drinks. I was impress with their happy hour menu. It definitely has options for everyone. To drink, I tried the margarita. It was good but I could not really taste the pineapple it had. As to bites, I tried the salmon nigiri and it was good. The tuna crispy rice was okay. I've tried better at other places. The pork belly bao buns was delicious and filling and the rock shrimp was very tasty as well. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the shrimps. The bao bun and shrimp were my favorite of the night. The service was good. I did like how the waitress brought a dessert with a candle without us asking when she realized we were celebrating a birthday. I also enjoyed the live music that they had later on in the night. My husband and I were able to get out for a date night last night and went to Negroni in Downtown Doral. If you're looking for vibes, this was definitely the place to be! It was so nice. Lots of people were dressed up, the drinks were pouring, people were laughing. The ambiance was beautiful. It was good times. The food was good too. I had a Latin Mule cocktail (a twist on the Moscow Mule) which was so good. The perfect drink and I'm still thinking about it. My husband had a Lucky Buddha beer. For app we had Roasted Provoleta. It came out on fire and I didn't realize it was ours or I would have started taking video earlier. By the time I stated the video the flames were petering out. It had an interesting Smokey taste but was good. For dinner I had the Negroni combo and he had the Sashimi combo and we essentially split it all. It was all incredible. The sashimi had such a good flavor. Really everything did. I want to go back for this entire combo of food (but maybe try another app next time not bc it wasn't good but that's the only one I'm not dying to have again). We had sushi, tuna tartare, ceviche, pasta salad, couscous salad, burrata with tomato and basil pesto, traditional American breakfast items, Mexican grilled pork tacos, grilled flank cooked to our preference and my favorite: bottomless passion fruit mimosas for 2 hours. The space itself is beautiful with an open concept, high ceilings, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light, giving it a lively feel. The staff was friendly and attentive, frequently checking in and refilling our water. Brunch is a $39 buffet (drinks not included), with separate pricing for unlimited drinks. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the price. Among the selections, they had different types of salads, small cups that contained ceviche, shrimp cocktail and tuna tartare, cold cuts, cheese, your usual breakfast such as eggs, bacon, potatoes and different types of bread, three mediocre sushi options, a small steak station with meat sitting under a heating lamp which was very underwhelming. The dessert table had a variety of options, but I noticed flies around it, which was unappetizing and should definitely be addressed. The restaurant was nearly empty during brunch, and honestly, I'm not sure how sustainable this setup is for them. A better approach might be to offer a sit-down brunch menu instead of a buffet. I might return to try their dinner service, but for now, this place won't be on my list for future brunch outings. read more

So to start off with the location is very prime. It is in front of the street as you turn on to find parking. Doral has really developed over the years and this was a nice location for an Negroni. The ambiance is very modern and open. You can over the look the people walking but but still get nice air flow from the Miami breeze. The service was good 5/5. Negroni's lunch specials are great. You have a choice of either $20 or $25 with dessert menu. The choices are great and the selections are amazing. From Main Italian entrees to Sushi and Salads, there is great variety. The service was a bit slow for it to be lunch time and there weren't alot of people. I ordered the bao bun with fried panco shrimo and it was amazing. My entree was the chicken Milanese and it was just as good with a side salad. The service was great and they were sweet enough to sit our party of 15 in a more private section. The brunch special being offered at Negroni in Doral is a stellar deal. The variety and the quality of the foods being offered for it also add to the value. I came with two friends on what looked to be a very busy day for them. We did have reservations but were made to make them apart. We were 3 and we had to make reservations separately. And we prayed when we got there they could accommodate us. And they did but at the bar. Which we welcomed because at least the drinks would be quick. To be honest the service at the bar could have been better. Although, the bartenders were friendly. They really only attended to you if you called them. So no refills on water unless you waved them down and asked for it. The buffet was solid. A carving station with beef and sausage, a sushi area that was replenished rapidly. The hot food was ok. My favorite was the chaufa. There were plenty of desserts and every time they brought to fill it up again they seemed to add something new. I also really liked that they were bite sized. The all-you can drink Aperol spritz's was also a very good value. Especially, considering if you want to order one drink it's $15 for $10 more, you can get bottomless. The only thing I didn't like is that you couldn't mix and match with the options they had for bottomless: mimosas, Prosecco, and Aperol spritz's. I did enjoy the DJ and the vibe. Welcomed addition to the Doral area. Nicely decorated. I had the classic Negroni and it was very well prepared. The food was also good and we enjoyed it. The servers and management were very attentive. Hopefully it will remain that way. Two observations, the area where I was seated, the tables are too close together, I am a skinny person and had trouble getting in/out of my seat without bumping into the neighbors. Also, the day I was there, the music was just too loud for a restaurant. But I guess people enjoy that so who am I to complain. Food was good for us, however, be wary if you have a seafood allergy as they do use the same fryer/fryer oil for everything and we weren't made aware of this until AFTER my mom (who's severely allergic to shrimp) ate a whole helping of their truffle fries. I have been to the Negroni in Midtown and have had an average experience, so I was pleasantly surprised by my time at the newly opened Doral location. I came for a Happy Hour during the week and was able to grab seats at the bar, which is a wonderful indoor / outdoor concept. Cocktails are only $10 during HH and very good. There are also some great bites on the HH menu, including these tuna crispy rice. The restaurant was well staffed and everyone was very attentive. I was surprised at the variety of cuisines that is offered but everything was delicious. Had the truffle gyoza, calamari, steak frites, and short rib ravioli and empanadas. All were very good. If having been here 5x since it first opened doesn't speak for itself, I don't know what is. For starters the servers here are incredible! On 2 of the occasions I've had Kevin serve us, and he's incredible, very polite and prompt, and very knowledgeable on the menu with great recommendations. Unfortunately they didn't have enough personnel at the bar for the happy hour so we had to wait long for our drinks. Only giving this place two stars because the service was so horrible. Food was actually really good! And place was cute. But due to the terrible experience, I'd rather just eat at another place. We had to ask for our server to come to the table every single time we wanted to order something. Not once did he stop by to check on us. He forgot items we ordered, and even forgot our request for a little birthday surprise to celebrate a birthday (the sole reason we went out and chose this place). As far as food, most of it was good.
