They have Facebook and such sites to look up their times and locations and we posted a picture of that too. We each tried the same 3 things. Our favorite by far were the "Poutine MAC Fries"....a large order of fried in a to go box covered in brown gravy, macaroni and bacon pieces. That was really good. We each tried 2 sliders and they were both good but we though the bread held them back meaning the buns could have been thinner and better if buttered and toasted too. The Bacon MAC slider is just that and good anyway and we liked the Black &Bruiser too with its Bleu Cheese and bacon. Will get with the onions next time:) This is a neat idea and we will probably be back weekly for a while.

She told us she is there Monday through Saturday. Breakfast, lunch especially....I don't know how late though. We tried her Green Enchiladas for lunch one day and they were good. Friday is a day she told us where she cooks a lot more options. Each day she does have tacos. She speaks only Spanish but is very friendly. We will be back.

The service is slow but that is typical at these food trucks and this is no slower than others just something to keep in mind We had the Tacos Matamoros style with a meat and also with Cilantro, Onions, the fresh cheese or quesa Fresca and a slice of avocado. The meats are chicken, pork. beef or brisket. The Tortillas and all of it including the green sauce to dip in are tasty. You get some lime wedges too. He is in Oilfield work but when times are tough he cooks from this trailer. He serves only sausage and brisket. We liked the sausage and would go back again for it. The brisket was moist but did not have much flavor for us...it did have good fat with it though. His sauce was sweet and made the brisket better but we liked the sausage better without the sauce. He will serve brisket on a sandwich with pickles and Vidalia onions. The trailer looked old and cool with maybe old barn wood siding. He is camped out in the front of a trucking company east of 59. The price for us was 14.25 each for a half pound of brisket and a half pound of sausage. We did not ask about drinks there. It is small. The service was very friendly. He was once set up in Elysian Fields but moved here North of Marshall to try it. We would go back for his sausage.

We last went to this place last year. It was really good…read more It is a food trailer outside of Republic Ind. from about 11:30 to 12:30 for lunch most weekdays....sometimes outside of Blue Cross. The food was very good. We each tried several things. We first ate 2 tostadas and scarfed them down. Next came 2 chicken enchiladas covered in a green sauce and easily the best chicken enchiladas we have tried. Last, we tried 2 tacos each, Barbacoa and Pastor. The Barbacoa was just okay. The Pastor Taco was our favorite item of the day! That visit was full of flavor. We will go back this year.

We shared the three meat plate (brisket, sausage and pork ribs), with charro beans and potato salad on the side. All meats were fantastic, very moist, especially the brisket, which was a nice surprise. The potato salad was so good I wish I had taken a pint home. My husband had the frito pie and loved it. Doni insisted the ribs were dry (even though my husband devoured them) , so he brought us a plate with pulled pork to our table. About 5 minutes later he brought us another plate with a fresh serving of ribs. All of these were complimentary. Now THAT is hospitality! It was so much food that we got to take a full to-go box for the trip back home. The atmosphere was charming and cozy, and we got to enjoy a great meal while getting some respite from the storm. Next time we are in Marshall, we are definitely having lunch here again!

Doni Beans! A new jalapeño cheese sausage that is a little hotter and his same awesome smoked bologna! Same awesome burnt end brisket! Now he is also a smokehouse too. We will be back weekly.
