This is a real computer place that cares about its customers. John, the owner, does a lot of…read morecomputer work for big companies in town, but he always finds the time to help the little guy out. If he quotes you a price for repairs, he sticks to it. That is so rare these days, I think the man deserves a medal for integrity. One of his best traits is that he talks to you like a human. He's not one of those pimply-faced punks with a bad haircut at Best Buy who makes you feel like your wasting his time by asking questions about things you want to know more about. John's a class-act and if you need your computer repaired, go see him.

Some guy they hired sucked and didn't do anything, there was a flood, maybe my laptop was damaged maybe it wasn't. Any and all of this could be true but that's besides the point and honestly, none of my fault. Perfect example: he said he would phone me by 5:30PM if he could get my computer to work and if he couldn't I could come get it. Its been three weeks since that day and I am just picking it up now. I get that things happen, totally. But the customer is not at fault for your business woes. Even now I am sitting in my hot car waiting for him to show up so I can pick up my expensive paperweight. I am self employed and have been trying to do all of my work from my phone which has been a nightmare. Had I known this was going to take two months and I would come out of it with a broken laptop...i would have just bought a new one two months ago. This is my experience, and it has been incredibly negative. I would like to hope that mine isn't the typical experience...

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were great initially in our first call to the…read moreoffice. They helped us work through an issue we had. When we had a bigger problem and needed to take the computer in. In trying to find the office, they were at a hard to find and an unmarked location. As with all the complexes in Calgary the businesses are "usually" noted by having their sign included on the sign for the complex. When I was near where I thought it should be there was no parking in their (very small) lot... so I drove around and around (using my GPS) and it had me going to a home address nearby, trying to find parking. When I finally pulled into a nearby shopping complex and called I was met with vagueness on where their building was in respect to where I was and what street I should look for to park at. I even named the street I thought it was and the employee didn't know if that was right. I was told that they were on the second level of the building. I ended up walking the short distance (with my two children in tow). Upon arriving at the complex I then had to find the elevator or stairs... neither of which is clearly marked. I am sure I am not the first person to work so hard at finding their storefront. They could have easily made is so much easier for me (other customers). The could tell me the cross road (knowing they have no signage out front), tell me they are on the second floor, and what store front, on the bottom level, their elevator entrance is located near. To top it off, I arrive at the office to be advised that they don't accept debit... I don't carry credit cards and did not have the almost $174.83 cash on hand that they were charging me to just diagnose my issue. I was told I had to leave and go find a bank.. I found one near and returned with a pocket full of $20 bills... when I produced $180 I was approached by a woman from the back room, who started asking me personal questions about our recent move here.. and she advised me I would have to go down the store downstairs to get change... I had enough at that point. Seriously... a business only takes credit card and cash and they don't have change to make $5.17 in change. I was just about to say that, when, CJ (he had the most people skills and I would use him as my IT person if I had the opportunity to do so without going through this office) came up with change from his own pocket so I wouldn't have to, once again leave for this. Good grief... and the woman from the back room who just didn't come and introduce herself, but instead just started asking me personal questions... she was the woman I first talked to... nice... but where are the people skills... introduce yourself... use your name... tell me who you are, since we have never met.. it was just not a great experience all round.. and then the almost $200 for a fix that didn't happen.. but my 13yo ended up doing for free.
