Although well qualified academically, her soft skills are lacking. Results of the services are not great either. When in consult with Neda, she makes you feel like you are just another deposit in her bank account. Doesn't really look you in the eye, spends 5 minutes with you and always seems like she is in a hurry to get to the next patient. I don't recommend her because she doesn't take the time to hear your "Why" to develop the "How". Her and her team are always up selling. Rachael if this not fully engaging with the customer, me and my kids, the results have been lackluster. Before seeing her, I had tried every face mask and high end face cream that I could think of, but nothing seemed to be working. Dr. Black was very welcoming and super knowledgeable about my acne. Dr. Black is as good as it gets! Every visit I have with her is an amazing experience. The location of the office is easy to find and has amazing scenery. The parking is no problem at all, which is a huge stress reliever if you happen to be running late.
