This store has a great ambiance, it's inviting with friendly staff. Went shopping here with my wife for dresses. Both staff members were polite with her trying on clothes and the end of the visit she ended up buying three of the 9 dresses. I noticed everything in there is color coordinated for each area will have the same color scheme for what your shopping for. Wish Nectar was here when I lived in Redlands! Luckily I come to visit friends and family and usually every trip home I must fit in some time to check out what's new at both denM and Nectar. They always have such a cute selection of very reasonably priced boutique clothing. One of the things I love most about their selection is that you are pretty much guaranteed to not run into anyone else in your same outfit. This most recent trip I bought 4 super cute and trendy summer dresses, as well as a cute handbag. I have been looking everywhere for months for a new bag I would like- I'm really picky. And boom- in less than a minute as soon as I walk in the door I find what I want here AND it's like $40!!! Done and done! Staff is always friendly. Omg where do u begin am I actually used to live in redlands and graduated from RHS Go Terriers a while back well back to the store awful customer service me and my fiance walked in after being in the hot son all day and so a girl was not up to par with her hygiene and my secret arm pits were not up to par just being honest no one greeted me or my fiance we didn't even know who worked for the store no one came up to us I know it was hot so a girl had sweated a little hard that day sorry about that and other customers were staring and making strange coughing noises never ave been so uncomfortable and labled since I don't look like everyone in town and labled am a veteran and served never have I felt so hurt and disrespected since who ever worked there shift last night. Awful customer service and judging a book by me it's cover and not helping till I mentioned it leaving the door as fast as I could the girl finally spoke up when I mad the big announcement that no one helped us till I brought it up then a small assoicte heard that and spoke up and said bye wow it took me to say something for to u realize that I was in the store for a full 10 min before being humiliated to even make the announcement just stood there and stared at me. I went in with a juice from the living root cellar and shopped around while I drank it. with clothes in hand I asked the girl working if she had a trash can to which she replied "we can but can you go throw it away outside because it'll get smell" it's a juice it's hot outside and I'm a customer I don't want to go outside. but I looked past it and did. next I try things on and find an awesome cute white dress with a crochet top to which o ask after trying on what people wear under it. her reply" yeah I don't know whatever they want" like aren't you a retail sales stylist you don't know how to sell a dress. They advertised a warehouse sale from 3 to 8...Got there at 5 and the line was 2 hours, so we went to shop around in their regular store and shops near by, grabbed some food...Came back at 7:45 for their event that again was advertised from "3 to 8" and was told we couldn't go in by two snotty girls that worked there and the owner... LOVE LOVE LOVE nectar! I've been coming to this store for quite some time and I'm not sure why I haven't gotten around to reviewing it. Everyone here is so great and I'm so happy to have found this shop. All of the clothes are so cute and different. The prices used to be a little more affordable than they are now. However, that doesn't mean that they are charging a ton or anything! A lot of their stuff is decently priced. There are just a few items that are a little too expensive in my opinion. But I'm sure that they were expensive (their cost) if they are charging more. They take such care in making sure that their clothes are all steamed before being hung up and I know its such a small detail...But I really appreciate it. The small things really matter to me. I love that they are a small business. It makes me feel better about spending a ton of money on any shopping spree I have there! Be sure to visit DenM a few doors down. Owned by the same people and they also have great stuff ( just a lot more money for their clothes). After Gottshalks got shut down a while back I was really bummed that there were no other places to cure my shopping fix in town. I automatically assume all of the boutiques on State Street in Redlands are pricy, so I never thought twice to check out any of the new stores that have been coming to State Street. Finally, my sister and I took some time to check them out, and Nectar was a sweet find. Great prices, super cute clothes and accessories, and friendly staff. I also really appreciate how close it is to home. Instead of heading all the way to Inland Center or even further for one cute item I need in a rush, I can just head down to Nectar and they will have just what I am looking for. read more

I've been frequenting Nectar around once a month since they opened. I love that the inventory rotates so frequently (if you see something you like, you better grab it then!), the staff is always incredibly helpful without being pushy, and I've never had a problem with the quality of anything I've purchased. I still have some tops I bought 3-4 years ago, and they look great! The prices are very on-point for the fast-casual-contemporary styles they offer and I like that they've brought more modest styles in as well, while still staying on trend. I prefer maxi dresses over crop tops and mini skirts (they still have those too), but it's nice to see a wide variety for different body types. Their online site is constantly being updated as well, and I enjoy getting inspiration from their Instagram. All around awesome store/brand! read more
