Ivan did a great job taping and painting a crack in my ceiling, he excellently identified which hue of paint was already present, matched it at the store, and blended it. It looks even better than before and saved us from having to repaint the entire ceiling. He was professional, responsive, and courteous throughout the entire process read more

I hired nebulous to repair a damaged wall in my old apt prior to moving and I wasn't really happy with the results. Given all the 5 star reviews I expected a better outcome! However, Ivan was friendly, but his worker who showed up to do the job was offensive. He showed up 30 mins late and was not apologetic about it. Also, no one reached out to let me know he was going to be late, I had to call for an ETA when no-one showed up at the scheduled time. In addition, he barely spoke any English and was a bit rude tbh. I most likely won't use them again for any future work. (Dear Ivan, In response to your reply. You did not inform me that your guy was going to be late until I texted you for an ETA. I have the texts to prove it..check your text trail if you forgot. I am not a liar!---Thank you!) read more

We recently hired Nebulous painting to repair some damage on a wall. We had a great experience with them and we know that if we ever have a future paint job, we won't even look elsewhere. Here is why they are great: 1. Easy and reasonable estimate: we had a small job and other contractors were either responding with canned estimates or they needed someone to stop by to take a look and then they would provide the estimate. For us, we were able to text with Ivan and send some photos and get an estimate easily. 3. Easy communication: Ivan was very friendly and was responsive over text. He was very helpful and took the time to explain to us how the color matching would work. We managed to set up a time easily for the job. 4. Professional: The rest is everything you would look for. He arrived on time, was efficient, left the home clean and did a fantastic job on the paint. The color match was perfect. Overall, we couldn't be happier. read more

Ivan painted a room in my apartment and i was so pleased with the results that I asked him to paint my kitchen cabinets for me too! He did a GREAT job -- took my apartment from the cheap-looking "flipper special" it was when I moved in to a nice home!!! I can't recommend Ivan enough! Part of our bedroom ceiling sustained some water damage and was in sore need of repair and a fresh coat of paint. We also needed the hallway ceiling scraped and painted due to old paint flaking off. Prior to hiring Nebulous Painting, I was in contact with Ivan. We texted back and forth and Ivan was clear, informative and helpful. Ivan and Leonardo came on time the following Saturday morning. Not only were they excellent in their craft, but they were very neat and carefully covered everything that was in the way. On top of it all, they are nice guys- very polite and pleasant. Ivan was true to his word, and the cost was exactly what was agreed upon. No surprises, except that we were lucky enough to find Nebulous Painting. I kept their business card in a safe place as we plan to use them again in the future. Thanks, Nebulous for your integrity and your high quality work. read more

From the beginning, Ivan was very communicative. He responded right away to my inquiry, offered to discuss paint ideas, and said he would be happy to pick up the paint for me as well. This was especially helpful as I was moving, and that was one less thing to deal with. He gave me a detailed estimate that was very reasonable and started working just a few days later. He arrived on time Saturday and Sunday and by Sunday evening, the whole apartment was finished! It looks beautiful. I've been recommending Nebulous Painting to my friends and will hire them in a second if I need painting again. read more
