I found a couple new-to-me, limited release games for my older console. They've also got bunches still in storage, so if you're looking for something specific, just ask! The owners are currently remodeling and expanding into the space next door, with plans to expand their in-store gaming space. It's going to be amazing! There are bunches of other gaming products and accessories to complement both gaming (like controllers, guitars, mics, etc.) and the gaming lifestyle (like mugs, pins, graphic novels, etc.). I'll be back to look for gifts for my gaming family. My eldest bonus boy was excited to see how good a deal was at the Pokémon Trading Card Post. All of the kids found something to call their own. ^_^b Oh, and it isn't for sale, but the collection of Poké Balls from the 1999 Burger King kids' meals at the front desk is so cool!! The complete set!! XD There are a few other things like that sprinkled in the store. Just a joy to see them and enjoy them for a moment. Another thing that isn't for sale--the owners! They are a treasure to speak with, and so knowledgeable about the gamers' universe. My kids were delighted to find ready conversation with them about a bunch of gaming things I didn't fully grok. And I found their expertise deeply fascinating and engaging, as well. All in all, this place is true to its name--The Gamers Oasis. He was very upfront and honest about his recommendation to discontinue the repair and let Ol' Bess finish out her days in peace. He got it to where the trackpad was temporarily functioning again (it was sticking due to the swelling battery) and even re-adhered the loose glass to my screen (a separate issue) I appreciate his candor as previously I'd been given the run around by the Apple Store. I was charged a very reasonable price considering Jon was able to get Ol' Bess working just enough for me to retrieve some documents off of her. I ended up ordering a new MacBook Pro and if anything is to go wrong with that one, I'll surely SKIP THE APPLE STORE and go straight to Friendly PC.

Coming to a complete stop. Arm staying put down on the record. Took it into a guy 3 times before them to no avail, bought a new motor, new transistors, etc. Dropped it off to these guys and ran them through the scenario and after a couple of drop offs/pick ups they found the issue and it's been no problem ever since. Dustin Sparks (Owner at KidStrong Omaha) deliberately continued to charge my credit card for two…read moremonths *after* I verbally communicated to him in person that I was cancelling my daughter's membership. The total overcharge came to $447 and they refuse to refund the money, despite the fact that my daughter hasn't been in classes for three months. Dustin denies that we had a conversation in person, and despite cancelling *again*, I was mis-charged for a third time. I've tried calling at least 10 times and emailing, with zero response. They don't even pick up the phone. KidStrong touts that they will teach our children accountability, honesty and camaraderie, yet their business practices are downright deceptive. They are actively and intentionally stealing money from me. The reason I cancelled in the first place was because classes sizes are extremely crowded. Children are not given any kind of individual attention. Teachers are young and totally apathetic (barely a smile on their faces). They select winners during each class, perpetuating any self-esteem problems that children have who desperately need confidence that KidStrong claims to instill. This business is fraudulent, the owner is negligent and the classes are poorly run.

He totally knew what he was doing and how to fix it and now it is working perfectly. While he was here I asked him to look at two of the smaller TVs, one in the dining area and one in the bedroom that had been causing me problems. He also fixed those rapidly.
