I came in looking for a specific game. The gentleman immediately checked the computer, but I, knowing computers can be wrong, kept looking at the shelf. He kept repeating that they don't have it in stock, and proceeded to make small talk with me. I attempted to chat back, not knowing he would continue to pester me for things I obviously was not interested in. I ended up having to order it to my house. Not a huge problem. It was then lost in transit.
This part isn't his fault. After waiting the four days (plus the holiday), my game still hasn't come. I called customer service, and was told I was going to be receiving a replacement in two days. Checked the tracking, and all of a sudden it's 4 weeks out from my original order date.
Updated: I ended up having to purchase it from the Nintendo E-shop. The "quick" replacement came about a week later. Ended up returning it for my refund. Two weeks after THAT, the original order came. read more
